Almost 8 months have passed. And my plane just landed in the Philippines.

My cousins are already outside waiting for me daw, they're with Jaxx, of course. I'm just so happy to be back! The air, the people and the food! Gosh, I missed the Philippines!

Nakita ko agad ang mga pinsan ko nang makalabas na ako sa airport. My girl cousins rushed to me and hugged me.

"We missed you!" Ria said nang kumalma na sila. Napangisi ako.

"Girl, I have a lot of kwento!" Pinanlakihan ako ng mata ni Vera. Vera always has a lot of tea even before! Lagi yang nakakasagap ng mga chismis sa school!

"How's LA? I miss it there!" Kyla pouted.

"Still the Los Angeles we grew up at. Fun and exciting." Tumawa ako.

Lumapit na kami sa boys. Nakipag apir si Kian and Ralph. Russel and Ezekiel hugged me. Parang mga tanga lang?

"Miss you!" Ginulo ni Russel ang buhok ko. I rolled my eyes at him.

"We've been away each other for a year and you're still annoying!" Inis kong sabi. Russel just laughed.

"So you're gonna study here na?" Kian asked. Ngumiti ako at tumango.

"Yay!" Pumalakpak si Vera.

At last, I looked at Jaxx who was just staring at me for the past ten minutes I've been talking to my cousins. He smiled and stretched his arms, waiting for a hug. Masaya akong lumapit ako niyakap siya ng mahigpit.

"I missed you so much." He whispered.

"I missed you bubby..." Malambing kong sabi habang yakap pa rin siya. I heard him chuckle.

"Bubby?" Rinig kong tanong ni Ezekiel. "Bro, break up with her."

Nilingon ko si Ezekiel at sinamaan ng tingin.

"What? Bubby is so cringy." Tumawa siya at natawa rin si Jaxx. Umayos ako ng tayo at pinagtaasan ng kilay si Jaxx.

"That's the first time she called me that. Chill your ass, bumbum." Tumawa si Jaxx.

Nagtawanan ang mga pinsan ko bigla habang si Ezekiel ay nakapoker face lang. Okay, can't relate.

So I asked. "Why?"

"Xive calls him bumbum when it's their babe time." Tumawa si Ralph at umiling. Natawa ako.

Tinuloy namin ang kwentuhan sa bahay namin. Nagpa-cater sina mom para sa 'welcome' party ko daw. God, how I missed this place! I missed our house and my room!

"Mom, Dad!" Hinug ko sila pareho nang makita ko silang naghihintay sa tapat ng double doors ng bahay.

Ngumisi si Mom. "We missed you!"

"How's your grades?" Dad asked nang makapasok na kami sa loob. "You need high grades for the school to accept you to study there for fourth year college."

Pwede kasi iyon sa school namin. Kahit lumipat ka ng ibang school at babalik ka to continue your studies there, pwede. You just have to pass the required score, sobrang taas ng grades na kailangang i-obtain para makapasok ulit sa school namin. The last time I checked, it has to be 1 point something but luckily, I passed it. With the help of Jaxx, of course.

"My grades are good." Ngumisi ako.

Pumunta muna ako sa room ko to fix my things. 9 pa lang naman ng umaga at lunch pa ang welcome party kaya may oras pa ako para mag-ayos ng sarili at magpahinga saglit. My cousins are at our entertainment room playing ps4. Busy kasi sa baba dahil naghahanda sila para sa lunch. Some of our relatives are coming daw kasi... I don't know if that involves mom's sisters though.
