Potter: A Drarry Fan Fiction

Welcome

We both walked into the changing room and rushed for the good shower, Draco got it before me and I was left with the one with the squeaky tap. Just before I was about to step in Draco said, poking his head out from the curtain,

"What are you doing?"

"Getting in the shower" I replied.

"Get in this one you silly boy" he said smiling. I grinned back, stepping into his shower.

The cool water washed over our bodies.

"Are we incapable of having a shower unless it's together?" I asked rubbing the soap across my chest.

"Not incapable but it would be utterly miserable without you to marvel at" he said looking me up and down. My cheeks turned pink. Draco cupped his hands under my chin and held my gaze before saying, "any moment without you is miserable."

I peered into his eyes and replied,

"then I see only one solution." He looked back at me to suggest I didn't even need to utter the words, for he already knew. It was something we both felt, the magnetism.

The water twisted around our intertwined body's. We awoke from the trance when the mumbling of a conversation entered the room. Draco was of course the bold one and swanned out of the shower with only a towel to cover him. I however took a little more time to make sure I was fully decent.

"Nice catch guys" Seamus said holding up both of his hands to high five both me and Draco.

"Who caught the other snitches?" Draco asked.

"Ehh, I don't know I wasn't really paying attention" Seamus replied scratching the back of his neck. Draco raised his eyebrow, we both knew why Seamus wasn't paying attention.

We all got changed back into our robes and headed to our respective common rooms. Madam Hooch let us out a little early so we had some time to kill before dinner. Draco, Seamus, Dean and I were siting around the roaring fire. A few younger years were scurrying around, still not used to Draco being there.

After some chatter something caught our attention, the sound of footsteps. Not anyone's footsteps, someone we all recognised. Ron strolled in.

"Miss me?" He said giving a wave. We all jumped up to hug him. Seamus even squealed. "I thought it would be another few days before they let you out!" I said pleased and excited.

"So did I, but Madam Pomfrey said I was ready to be discharged, so here I am" he said shrugging his shoulders. I hugged him again.

"It's good to have you back Ron" Draco said with a soft smile.

Ron and the welcome wagon went upstairs to help him unpack. Draco and I stayed downstairs. A younger year mumbled something about Ron and Draco head snapped to give them a death stare. It worked, the pupil shut up quickly. Everyone was intimidated by Draco. But once Draco turned back around the younger year started to talk about Ron again.

I saw something change in Draco's face before he spun around to face the boy. But this time instead of cowering, he had gained some sort of confidence and stood strong.

"Oh, you're going to fight us, are you?" Draco sneered.

"You're not even in Gryfinndor" the boy said, doing his best to seem intimidating, but his voice faintly shook.

"Aren't Gryffindors meant to be brave or something?" Draco said protecting his voice to start up a crowd. "You're the biggest weakling here" he said prodding the boy. I sighed, once Draco was in the zone there was no getting him out. He'd throw cut-throat-insults at anyone who attempted to frighten him. The boy said nothing, clearly unable to conjure up a good enough come back.

"I'd take you on, anytime, on my own," said Draco. "Tonight, if you want. Wizard's duel. Wands only- no contact. What's matter? Never heard of a Wizards duel, I suppose?"

The boy thought for a moment,

"if you weren't Harry's boyfriend I would!" He exclaimed before walking away.

"Never speak about one of my friends like that again!" Draco growled at the fleeing boy. Draco looked back that the crowd that had amassed, before looking back at me.

The crowed dispersed and Draco joined me on the sofa.

"It's nice that you called Ron your friend" I said brushing his hair behind his ear.

"Did I really say that?" Draco asked sarcastically. I rolled my eyes at him.
