TW-suicide

I was alone again with nothing to do.

My bed didn't seem appealing so I walked out into the corridor.

"Where are all you young men off to at this time of night?" The fat lady exclaimed.

"Shhh," I told her as I walked quickly away.

***

I stopped as soon as I heard voices ahead of me. They were just around the corner.

"Are you sure?" The first voice asked.

I moved closer to hear them better.

"Of course I'm sure" a deep Bulgarian accent spoke.

"I don't know what to say," the first voice said, who was definitely a man.

"Say yes" the deep voice spoke again.

The first person laughed and I recognised it immediately.

My jaw dropped to the floor.

Cedric.

He must be talking to that Durmstrang boy.

I suddenly felt quite awkward and embarrassed that I was listening in on such a conversation.

I was trapped.

"Yes," Cedric said.

"Good," the deep voice said.

"I better be getting back to my chambers" the deep voice spoke again.

Cedric laughed, "yeah I guess you do"

"I'll see you tomorrow," the deep voice said.

"Good night," Cedric said and I could hear his footsteps coming around the corner.

Fuck!

I threw myself into the nearest room which happened to be the boy's toilets.

Not the toilet though.

A house-elf was in there.

"Sorry," I said and then immediately felt embarrassed afterwards.

The house-elf just grumbled and walked past me. I didn't understand why he was even in here as he didn't have any cleaning equipment or anything.

I then heard someone burst into laughter.

I walked over to see Timothee and Pansy.

An unlikely friendship.

It was Pansy who was laughing.

"Sorry," she said imitating me.

"Alright, alright," I said.

Pansy was sat on the windowsill and Timothee on a little French looking footstool thing.

"What are you guys doing in here?" I asked.

"Use your eyes, Potter," Pansy said holding up a lit cigarette.

"You smoke Timothee?" I asked.

"I am French" he replied.

I looked at what he was sitting on again.

"Where did you get that from?" I asked alluding to the chair thing.

It had a purple cushion and four carved wooden legs.

"Ma baguette" he replied.

"His wand" Pansy translated.
