Cesar's POV:
The last couple days I've been busy being Oscar's bitch. If there's anything he wants me to sell or anyone he wants me to kill there isn't anything I can say about it. Luckily I haven't been asked to kill anyone... yet. "Hey Monse, I was thinking we could watch a movie later?" I say when I see her leave her house. "Sorry can't, I have a date." She shrugs as she walks down the block and I follow her. "With who?" I ask. "Olivia and her baby. She's picking a name." Monse smiles. "Why hasn't she picked one yet?" I ask. "Are you that stupid?" She asks. "What?" "Right you've been a dumb ass for the last couple days. Her baby had some... complications. She's better now but Olivia had a whole melt down it wasn't the right time to name her." Monse says. "That won't take all day, we can go tonight." I suggest. "I wonder if Paula's busy tonight." She says when we get to Ruby's house. "Don't be like that Monse." I reach for her shoulder but she takes a step back. "I'm busy and it looks like you are too." She nods towards the street and i see Oscar's red impala creep towards us. "I'm done lying to you and this is a big part of who I am... maybe if we met sooner it wouldn't be like this." I shrug as I turn to my brother's car. "I'm gonna get you back Finnie." I assure her before I climb in the impala. "Good luck with that." She whips her head around forcefully and walks into Ruby's house. "Where were you last night?" I ask. "You're barely a Santo and you're not my brother so why don't you mind your own damn business." Oscar hisses. "You could've at least called me... I thought you were dead." I shrug. "No, you hoped I was dead. I don't ask you where you spend all your time." He glares at the road. "Because you know where I am." I remind him. "Not my fault I'm not acting like a little bitch trying to get with the same hyna everyday." He's acting like he didn't care about her a few months ago. "Yeah well at least I can actually find someone that wants to love me instead of sleeping with every drunk girl in Freeridge." I mumble. "You know I don't have to do this for you, remember I'm helping you not the other way around. You wanna keep being a smart ass then go find another gang that wants a worthless piece of shit." As much as I hate to admit it, Oscar's right. I just wish things would go back to normal. "I know I've had you do a lot of stupid shit the last few days but the only way you're gonna fix the shit you did is if you actually kill Latrelle." He states. "Why does it always come back to this? We're cool with him and with the prophets so what's the point?" I ask. Oscar slams the breaks in the middle of the road and looks me dead in the eye. "You being serious right now? The fucking point is that you couldn't do anything right. Until you deal with it you can't move on, comprende?" He says seriously. "You shot him and you fought him but both times you fucking failed. You know dad always thought you'd be the one who was good at this shit but you're fucking worthless." He shakes his head and he starts driving again. "He just had a kid." I point out. "You should've killed him before the little puta was born." He says. "He wants to see his kid grow up... how am I supposed to take that from him?" I ask. "Easy, pull the fucking trigger." He pulls over and hands me a gun. I can see Latrelle playing with his younger sister at the playground and I know I can't do this. "Do it or I will." That doesn't sound like a threat, it sounds like a way out. "I'll tell your bitch you killed him." He swears.

Monse's POV:
"She's so tiny." I say as I look down at Olivia's baby. "Sorry, was that insensitive? I've never been around a baby this tiny... fuck I did it again." I am not good at this. "Relax I know she's tiny but believe it or not she's still a little soul sucker... not that I don't love her but it's exhausting." She sighs. "Is Latrelle a good dad?" I ask. "The only reason he's not here right now is because I basically begged for some space. Between him and Ruby I'm being suffocated." She doesn't sound happy. "Is everything ok?" I ask. "Yeah totally..." I give her a questioning look and she takes a deep breath. "Sometimes I wish I never got pregnant." She admits. "If Latrelle wants out all he has to do is stop coming over, Ruby loves her to pieces but at the end of the day I'm the only one that really has to stay with her." She explains. "You could leave if you really wanted to... my mom did." I remind her. "I know but I look at her and it's like I forget everything else." She says sadly. "Why don't we start picking some names?" I suggest. We look through a baby book for about ten minutes and bounce ideas off of one another before I get a call from Mariana. "Hey is everything ok?" I ask. "I don't know, Latrelle texted me and said Spooky and Cesar and watching him and when he left the park they followed him. He's with our little sister right now what if Cesar does something?" She sounds like she's just about ready to cry. "Ok whatever you do don't call the police I'm gonna ask him to send me his location and I'll be right there, he won't do anything if I'm with them." I assure Mariana. "Is everything ok?" Olivia's stressed enough I can't tell her the truth. "Yeah, I just need to go deal with some family drama." I smile. I text Latrelle and then I run as fast as I can. I told him to walk towards the block but I'm still worried that I'll be too late.
