adore and bianca had just come home from a show, still high off the adrenaline buzz. it was only 11 o'clock, and they would never be able to fall asleep anytime soon.
"monopoly?" adore suggested, and bianca couldn't help but laugh
"yeah sure. let me go get snacks."
adore got the game set up whilst bianca went into the kitchen to make microwave popcorn and throw some chocolate in a bowl.
"hurry up b! i'm banker!" adore exclaimed, which made bianca raise a brow.
"definitely not. you'll end up messing it all up, no offence," she giggled, earning a pout from adore that was soon kissed away.
they perched themselves on the floor, surrounded by food and the radio playing softly in the background.
"i'm the dog!" bianca laughed, and adore picked up a different character and put it on the board.
it was around an hour later, and the competition had begun to heat up; bianca having the most houses on the board and adore landing on all of biancas properties, paying out hefty fines. she groaned loudly while bianca cackled loudly.
"this is so stupid! i'm not gonna win, there's no point," she sighed and bianca leaned over and grabbed her hand.
"hey, let's just say we drew," she smiled and added "even though we know i won," in a whisper.
they had no other board games, so they just talked and giggled, eating the rest of the junk food scattered around in random places.
"oh my god, these feels like a girls sleepover!" bianca said and hugged adore from the side. they hadn't even been drinking, but the giggles escaped their lips as if they were slightly tipsy.
bianca picked, adore letting out a stream of squeals and laughter as she was taken into the bathroom, a mouth full of white chocolate.
they began to take off their makeup, still talking about everything and finding everything funny. bianca peeled off adores eyelashes and helped take off her wig, adore sleepily smiling at bianca.
soon they went from adore and bianca to danny and roy, but danny couldn't help but say "yanx? carrie me?".
he held his arms out for roy to scoop him up and take him to bed, danny reaching out to try and take a piece of chocolate.
"no dan, you've just brushed your teeth!" roy said as he placed him down on their shared bed, turning the lights off and getting into bed together.
"tonight was good," danny mumbled, tiredness creeping into his voice.
"mmm. i agree,"
"m'tired," he yawned, and roy chuckled, wrapping an arm around him.
"go to sleep. i'll be here when you wake up,"
snores filled the air once more, and they both slept peacefully with a contented smile on their faces.
