brooke was stressing. this was the usual, of course. brooke was a very anxious person and built her walls high. she was craving a cigarette, but knew that she was trying to quit. she heard the familiar voice behind her.

"hey papi," 

it was vanjie. brooke wasnt sure why she was here, she didnt smoke? maybe she just wanted fresh air.

"your stressin' boo," vanjie said in a serious tone.

brooke sighed, she felt her walls begin to crumble. vanjie neared and placed her hand comfortingly on brookes shoulder. 

"i just feel like i dont deserve to be here," she mumbled, "everything i do is mediocre at best."

vanjie was shocked by that statement. brooke had always walked with confidence, and looked like she had everything under control. vanjie now knew that this clearly wasnt the case.

"listen here," vanjie began, sounding more serious and meaningful than ever. "you are better than half the bitches in there. you can dance, you look like a goddess walking down that runway. you can paint like no other person ive ever seen and you are the sweetest person out there. so dont you ever feel like your not good enough. mediocre is not the word i would describe you as. i think that your exra-etra-etxrao-...... a really great person!" 

brooke giggled at vanjies mispronunciation of 'extraordinary' and soon enough found herself staring into vanjies eyes.

she couldnt help it. she crashed her lips against vanjies. vanjie tensed underneath her but soon melted into the kiss. after a few minutes they pulled away. 

"thank you. for everything," brooke whispered.

"well fuck you!" vanjie whisper-shouted. "how am i meant to go back in there lookin' horny!"

they both walked back into the werkroom, laughing and joking. brooke felt as though a weight had been lifted off of her. maybe vanjies kisses were magic.
