Tyler and Gage play fight in their backyard as I sit on the patio. I obviously wasn't about to get involved in all of that, so I took the time to check in on the Goldskateer's message thread.
I told them I've been spending time with my Nan, and that I may stay in Pennsylvania a day or two longer than expected. I don't know how long it's going to take before these bruises to fade, and for my jaw to heal- but I'd definitely rather be safe than sorry.
Mama G: No longer
than two days, please.
You have an appt for
the baby and you
CANNOT miss it,
Hayden.Harper: Gonna find out
what baby is! So
excited!!Mama G: Is Tyler going
to be there? Harlee will
be in town, so we'll need
to speak about that.Well, that's great.
I can't really be upset that Harlee will be in town, and would like to be present for my next doctor's appointment to find out the gender of my baby- I know that my inner Tori could only dream about that!
It's just weird considering everything with her and Tyler...
I don't really account for her to be around a lot, so I never really know whether or not to stress about something family oriented.
Now I know to stress.
I know Harlee kind of gave her okay when Tyler, Harper, and I had spoken to the family about our relationship and 'his' baby- but it doesn't really stop it from being... weird.
Hayden: I'll text him in a
little bit to find out, I'm
going to my aunt's house
to see their new baby 😁I didn't feel like dealing with it.
Or anything involving them right now, for that matter. I just know I'm probably too far from Hayden's mind right now considering how Jena has managed to seep into my head.
It's best I keep my Hayden life as far away from Jena as possible.
"Yeo!" Ty calls as both him and Gage jog up the three patio steps to approach the table where I sit. His skin is blushed and glistening- a look of youth spread across his face as he runs back from a wrestling match with his twin.
"Yeeeeoooo!" I exageratedly mimick in response as I lower my phone.
"Can I run out for like.. I don't know? 45 minutes? 55, tops?" he immediately asks with enthusiasm in his voice. "-There's this game system we used to have as kids, I don't remember it's name- but I know I saw it at this weird shop when I went for that new laptop a few weeks back! I've got to run over to the city to grab one!"
I let out a laugh, feeling more as if I'm talking to my child rather than my boyfriend right now. It's adorable...
"Can you?" I ask with a small giggle. "Do you want to stay up past bedtime tonight, too? Maybe eat ice cream for breakfast tomorrow?"
Ty rolls his eyes, but we both laugh before he responds. "I was asking because I took this day off for you, asshole!" he laughs, "I didn't know if you wanted me running out on some silly shit or not!"
I laugh, nodding my head. "You can go," I say, playfully shooing them. "Take your snot nosed brother with you, too! You kids can argue about who gets shotgun in the car!"
Tyler immediately hypes up again, laughing at my comment before nudging Gage. "I don't need this fool!" he says, "-he needs to brush up on his wrestling moves anyway! I whooped his ass!"
That's an... interesting decision.
I guess Ty wouldn't know not to leave me here with his brother. He doesn't know that his brother is in love with me, so what's the harm?
Gage shoves Ty back, commenting on how he took it easy on him because he's the baby brother. They both shove each other again before practically racing to the back door.
I stand up and gather my things, playfully rolling my eyes at them as I make my way to the door, as well.
I try to ignore Jena's monster when she starts to grow curious about what she could get into.
