Evelyn is mad at me, but I can't really focus on it. My mind is a billion other places, and I just can't seem to bring myself to desire to be here with her, receiving unnecessary attitude.
She got back about 20 minutes ago, and has been steady bitching about how she had to go on my run since minute 2.
"-and why aren't you smoking with me anymore?!" she practically whines in my ear as she tries to catch glimpse, without success, of my phone. "You told me nothing would change if you won this contest, and practically everything has!"
"Ev, please stop." I sigh frustratedly, multitasking as I type a message back to Gage. He must miss me- he's texted me 6 times since I've landed, and it was damned near 5 in the morning over there in California!
She sighs frustratedly and nudges my arm forcefully. "I like Jenalyn better than Hayden, man..." she practically pouts. "I had to go on your run, ya'know. The least you could do is act thankful."
