Monday, 9:47 P.M.

I've had a lot of time to think about my actions since sending Dom off, and though I hate that I had to do that to shut Jena up, I'm not completely mad about it. It worked! Wasn't that the end goal here?

I spent all day holding on to her grudge against Ty because of what happened yesterday- to the point where I couldn't even text him when I wanted to...

I think she feels they're even now.

"So you’re ready to talk to me now?" Tyler asks on the other end of the phone as soon as he answers.

I brush right past his borderline sarcastic question, letting only a small sigh out as a response to it before getting to my point.

"I want you to come spend the night at my house with me," I say straightforwardly. "Mama G grounded me, but I can sneak you in and have you out by the morning."

Tyler laughs so loud on the other end of the phone, I can hear him while temporarily pulling the phone from my ear.

"Grounded you?" he asks in both amusement and disbelief. "Damn baby! What'd you do?!"

I roll my eyes, unable to keep a smile from forming on my face because of his reaction. I'm glad he's not making a big deal out of today… I don’t know how I would’ve handled it if he did.

"The woman just doesn't like me," I think I joke. "So come be bad with me and sneak in through my veranda! I miss you."

Tyler laughs again, "She loves you, Hayden." he states matter of factly. "And I can't disrespect her like that, honestly. The woman has already got it out for me for knocking you up after dating Harlee!"

I wish he could see the eye roll, but settle on sighing right into my phone instead.

I love that he's such a gentleman sometimes, I really do! But I need to submerge myself back into Hayden as quickly as possible.

I need to see him.

"C'mon Ty!" I groan into the phone, "It's not like I'm going to announce that you're here! She's not even going to know!"

I can hear him reposition his phone before responding. I know there's no way he's going to say no to me- but I did prepare to beg.

"Hayden, how am I going to sneak into a house that's highly secure?" he asks after a moment, still laughing as he tries to win a battle he already knows he’s going to lose. "You do know your mother has cameras, right? It'd be the last straw if she caught me disrespecting her like that. Is that what you want for me?!"

I suck my teeth and huff into the phone.

"She doesn't watch the feed unless something happens, Ty." I say with diction. I'd be dead by now if she did. "I'm literally telling you, I've thought this out. Mapped it out. Figured it out! The whole deal! So... come over! I'll text you the details in a minute."

I hear Ty sigh on the other end, but the smile I hear hidden behind it already seals the deal before he responds. I let myself get excited.

I’m still trying to figure out how to do this whole... Hayden/Jena thing. How to live a life with more than one person in my head, all trying to live in different ways. It definitely hasn't been easy, but maybe I've figured something out?

"You're lucky I love you, little miss!" Ty says after a few moments. "You're going to have me sneak into the fricken Gold house? Really?"

I'm glad he can't see the smug, cocky smile that spreads across my face- but it definitely transfers into my voice as I respond with a giggle.

"But aren't I worth it?" I ask, already knowing his response.

"So worth it." he says with a quickness.

I fixed everything.
