Chapter forty nine: Triangle.

Two days later:

You were supposed to be paying attention but the excitement that buzzed through you was too overpowering. You scooted, checking at your phone for the thousandth time in the past minute - no notifications...your eyes flickered back to the professor. You arched your brows desperately trying to tune into the lecture that had started almost an hour ago, there almost wasn't any point - you wouldn't be able to understand now, not when everyone was half way through and you'd already forgotten what topic you were supposed to be on.

You bit down on your lip, tapping the bottom of your pen against the long strip of desk in front of you catching the attention of a fellow peer who shot you an arrogant glare.

You flinched, the ballpoint tumbled, rolling against the surface. You gripped your phone again, grinning at the message that revealed itself to you.

'I hope I'm not distracting you too much miss (l/n) - I'd hate for you not to get your degree over wittle old me ;)'-Kuroo

You shot back a reply, your thumbs working quickly against the screen:

'Oh please captain - a certified genius such as myself can handle your inconsiderate antics'
