Chapter 53 : Valerian
“We left Keena in the woods!” umalingawngaw ang boses ni Nol sa buong opisina. Henry and Winston are just looking down the tiled floor while sitting.
“I already sent some of my agents into the woods to search for her but they found no one, Nol. I believe, while everything is in chaos last night, some of the mafias took Keena.” sabi ni Sir Martin. Maski siya ang naiinis na rin sa nangyayari.
“We need to rescue her, ASAP.” mabilis ang paghinga ni Nol habang nakatayo at nakapatong ang mga palad sa lamesa ni Sir Martin.
“Of course. But for now, we need to plan.”
“Give me a gate pass. I will meet Inspector Inugami today so he can help us.” Nol brushed his hair backwards chaka ito nagpameywang.
“Okay. But come back sooner. Henry and Winston, maiwan kayo. Help me think of a plan to save Keena.”
Tumango ang dalawa. Biglang bumukas ang pinto. Agnes went inside. “Can I join?” she asked. Her eyes are puffy because of crying all night.
Pagkabigay ni Sir Martin sa gate pass, agad na lumabas si Nol. Madilim pa sa labas. Makikita rin ang mga taong nasa labas ng arena. They are the agents who are taking first aids.
Nol took out his phone. Itʼs one oʼ clock in the morning. Ilang oras bago nawala si Keena. Inspector Inugamiʼs name flashed on the screen. Agad sinagot ni Nol ang tawag.
“Iʼm here,”
“On the way,” sagot ni Nol.

“So, ano na?” tanong ni Henry.
“May ideya ba kayo kung saan posibleng dinala si Keena?” Sir Martin asked.
Saglit na napaisip ang tatlo. “I can only think of one place,” sabi ni Winston at humalukipkip.
“What is it?”
“Claste Building,”
“You mean, the abandoned building?”
“Yes. Noong isang araw, pinag-uusapan namin nila Nol ang tungkol sa mga drugs na galing sa V mafia. Valence and Vienas ang pangalan ng dalawang drug—”
“Dalawa ang drug?” hindi makapaniwalang tanong ni Sir Martin. Tumango si Agnes bago nagpatuloy sa pagsasalita.
“Valence is the powdered one and Vienas is the liquid drug. Valence 'yung drug na kapag na-inhale o once swallowed, they will become stronger than a normal person. Vienas is the craziest one. It can revive dead people.”
“So Valence is the drug that makes a person who swallowed or inhaled it become violent and 2X stronger.” Sir Martin nodded multiple times.
“Sir, hindi ba pamilyar sa inyo ang mga pangalan Valence at Vienas?” Henry asked.
Nagsalubong ang mga kilay ni Sir Martin. Then his eyes widened. “Yes! Hindi ba iyon 'yung mag-ina na na-murder sa... Claste Building— wait! Are you telling me that V mafia is possibly connected to the mother and child?”
Tumango ang tatlo. “Sabi nga ni Nol sa akin kahapon na posibleng ipingalan ang drug sa mag-ina. We also thought of the possibility that maybe, the mafia boss is the husband of Mrs. Valence and father of Vienas.” sabi ni Henry.
Saglit na natahimik si Sir Martin at nag-isip. Dahan dahan siyang napanganga— his eyes widened when he remembered something.
