winter adventure pt.1

I've been so excited for this one shot for so long, it's going to be long, it's going to be epic, it's going to be everything you could ever hope and dream for. So let's get into it. But quick author's note, this will be connected to "56 | into the unknown". Just saying that this one is related to that so if you want to go back because you missed that one or don't remember it well. Sure go ahead, I'll be right here waiting. Oh my god, *sings* I'll just be here waiting...

WITH the story before, there's room for much more, so grab a chair, take a seat, because your dreams are about to soar. There's magic in the world, magic in me and in you, it's magic that brought us here, it's magic that brought you your powers. Magic is a mystery, but is magic a danger? You shall find out, but first, we'll sing out with laughter. (strangely cryptic narrator check)

  You were hanging out with your friends that were as close to you as your family. There were Raps, Eugene, Varian, Lance, even Catalina and Kiera also known as Red and Angry. Everyone was gathered together for one night, one night only. The winter holidays were approaching and everyone was excited. They awaited the celebration with ecstatic anticipation. The snow fell strongly outside and you realized that the winter season was back again. Everyone had different outfits, they were all prepared for the cold that was outside.

  Raps were wearing an off the shoulder dress with lace embellishments at the top of the sleeves. The lace was a light green while the rest of the outfit was dark teal, which weren't common colors for the princess to be wearing. She wore a fashionable braid in her hair, tied back with some holly for the season and she seemed joyful in her new apparel.

  Eugene wore something that his father had given him. He had super puffy sleeves and the vest was fashioned in the way that he normally wore them except this one had dozens of stars and moons on them. The outfit was a regular blue and black type colour scheme like the colours he normally wore.

  Lance wasn't super decked out for the holidays but he wore more layers to his outfit, instead of a regular thin blouse, he sported a fleece long sleeve with two belts wrapped around his waist. He definitely was warm and that was all that mattered anyway.

  Varian had a large trench coat that was a dark silvery blue and he wore a darker teal vest underneath that. He had his regular long sleeve shirt on underneath but he changed the boots he wore because walking around Old Corona and Corona in wintertime was not simple with the shoes that he had been wearing before. (... I'm having flashbacks to chainsaw boy, oh non)

  Rapunzel had everyone hanging around the fireplace. The sisters, Catalina and Kiera were fighting over the colours that they wanted their scarves to be. The princess had given them both scarves and she said that they could choose whichever one they liken better amongst themselves but it wasn't going so well. Lance was trying to help them figure things out between each other.

   Eugene was helping Rapunzel string popcorn and cranberries onto a thread and he was constantly pricking himself in the process. Every time he pricked himself, scarlett drops slid down his skin. He would always suck his finger to stop the blood from dripping but whenever Varian saw it he would need to sit down. Which was an improvement, because he at least wasn't fainting anymore.

   That's how the night mostly went. Catalina and Kiera were both interested in your ice powers so you had made a couple of small snow figurines. Every time they melted because of the heat of the fireplace they would ask you to make more. Rapunzel realized that not everyone was having a good time and she decided to share her thoughts on the Christmas season. "Why so glum? It's almost Christmas," she asked.
