ON a cold night, you were just resting on the couch until Varian also sat down. He began to read a book, but you weren't happy about the whole thing. It wasn't that you wanted attention from him, it was just that you thought that he was coming over to do something together. He continued to read unaware of your feelings.

You slyly, rested your head on his legs, using them as a pillow. He didn't say anything at first, but as soon as he was finished his chapter or page, or whatever he was finished reading he had things to say."What are you doing on my legs?" He asked.

"I'm just tired," you replied. Which was sort of true. He went back to reading for about five minutes and you closed your eyes without even thinking about what he might be thinking himself. He closed the book and set it on the nightstand.

Varian sighed, "Are you going to get off my legs? Or am I stuck here on the couch for forever?" He asked you. You didn't even tilt your head in his direction.

"You're stuck here, sorry to break it to you." You joked, he didn't even try to push your head out of the way so he could get up, you just sat there together. He just patted your head an played with your hair softly. It felt really nice and you didn't think you were everyone going to move until...

"Was that the ice cream truck?" He asked. Tricking you into taking you head off his legs.

"What? Where?" You asked, as you scanned all of the nearby windows.

"Freedom!" He shouted and ran away with his book to his room upstairs.

"Hey! Get back, here! You better lock that door or I'm coming in!" You told him and you ran after him like you were playing tag. He was so in for it, luckily he was smart enough to close the door, so you threw something at the door and slid a note underneath the door. Let's just say that he wasn't going to be messing with you anytime soon.
