Izukus quirk

Honestly speaking his quirk is a bit hard to explain but I'll try my best to try to explain it

Ok so his quirk is repel, any shock or some sort of impact that could cause harm to Izuku could be inflicted into a person Izuku has his eyes on.
Example, in the first and second chapters this subject was touched a bit, in chapter one katsuki punched Izuku in the face, the impact of the punch hit the bully instead because Izuku was looking at him with his quirk active

In chapter two, the criminal/villain had attacked Izuku with the intent to cut his arm off. The blade made contact with Izukus right arm and because of that the villains right arm was cut off.

The upsides to the quirk are harder skin and bones as well as shock nullification, so even if Eraserhead had managed to punch him, he wouldn't have felt a damn thing, even though at the time he hadn't had his quirk active.

I hope this clears up Izukus quirk, I tried I really did but this is so

Confusing to try and explain, ah one more thing, because of his quirk Izuku spent all of his time training, training to become faster since his quirk doesn't help his speed, in the book he is going to be almost as fast as all mights current state, almost which means just less.
