I hungrily ate the grilled blue marlin that was served to us. It is really delicious since it was still alive when the cook grilled it so fresh pa talaga, this is why it's nice to eat here. Nate on the other hand ay binanatan ang ginisang hipon. He keeps on looking at me but i choose to ignore it and i think it's for the best.

"It's really delicious" I broke the awkward silence between us.

"Yeah, it's good to hear na nasasarapan ka" He smiled and I smiled too. Being hard on him won't help kasi  in the first place wala naman talagang dapat ikagalit sa kanya, it's all in the past and i choose to move forward.

"Thank you for still staying and decide to spend your week with me" He genuinely smiled.

"A week won't hurt, right? And besides it's just two friends enjoying a get away" I seriously said.

"Friends with a kid, yeah" he absentmindedly said.

I shoo away his remark kasi walang patutunguhan kung mag re-react pa ako.

"So, san tayo pupunta ngayon?" I changed the topic.

"Bukas na tayo mag to-tour, let's just sleep for awhile. Today's sched would be visiting at cloud 9 but I know you're tired so let's just rest" Sabi niya.

Tumango na lamang ako at inumpisahan ng magligpit ng pinagkainan kahit mayroon naman talagang mga crew to do this but i choose to do it anyway.

"Is Jessica okay with this?" Out of no where kong tanong.

He looked at me seriously.

"Bat naman hindi siya magiging okay?" He said with confuse look.

"Because it's not good to be with someone when you know you're in a relationship" I sighed.

"Yndi" he chuckled.

I look at him na nakakunot ang noo.

"It's just you and me this week. No one else" He sheepishly smiled.

We went to our room, I really want to sleep and have a peace of mind.

"Ako dito, mas malapit sa cr" I said.

"Are you okay that we are on the same room?" He asked.

"We have separate beds, so it's okay with me. Hindi ako mag iinarte" I looked at him and he smiled.

"I'm gonna sleep, okay? Just tap me when there will be an emergency or whatever" I lazily said at inilubog ang katawan ko sa malambot na kama.

"Yndi? If I asked you to be my girlfriend when we started seeing again, would you say yes?"  He suddenly talked.

"Maybe yes or maybe not, it depends" I answered.

"Things would have been different" Sabi niya at nagbuntong hininga.

"Well maybe, i don't know. Hindi naman natin mababago kung anong nangyari sa nakaraan but I'm still thankful na you given me Kernel"

"I'm thankful also that you are the mother of my child" He softly said.

"Jessica left the group" I chuckled softly and he did too.

"Why is it Jessica will always be in our conversation?" Medjo irita niyang tanong.

"Bakit naman hindi?" Monotone kong sagot.

"Can you set aside all of your doubts, anger, and pain. Please let's just be happy. You and me" Maamo niyang sabi.

"Okay let's be happy, forget everything in the past for a week and then go back to reality after this" Seryoso kong sabi sa kanya.

"Yeah, when we go back you'll be my wife" He said and he went out of the room.
