A/N: Wasn't doing anything yesterday or today so I was working on this chapter might as well post it now because the next chapter is funny but sad as well
~~~~Aizawa's POV~~~~
"Aizawa! Aizawa!!" I turn around to see Tsukauchi with a folder in his hand, I had just left the police station to turn in a villain who was trying to rob a woman's purse
"What is it" I said tiredly, I just want to go home and sleep
"There's been a case, of a little girl, her name is Eri, her quirk is called Rewind, the quirk comes from her horns, and she's....... she's really powerful, her quirk is like going back in time, she can rewind people to the point where they didn't even develop quirks or to the point where...... where they don't exist"
"And what's your point, I don't have for this" I was about to leave when I felt a hand on my shoulder
"Aizawa listen, this may be difficult, but your the only person I can trust, your quirk is perfect to take care of this little girl, if it goes out of control th-"
"CAN YOU JUST SHUT THE HELL UP!!! How the hell am I supposed to take care of her, It's been how long, 3 months maybe 4 since she passed away, I couldn't help but just give up on everything for at least a month, that's when Toshinori, Hizashi, and Nezu came and encouraged me!! I can't deal with taking care of another kid, what if... what if she ends up like [y/n]...." I can feel my throat tighten
"She won't, just give her chance she needs someone, she needs you, remember [y/n] how she was so scared of everyone, that's until you showed up, Eri needs the same encouragement like [y/n], don't do this for me or her, do it for [y/n]" I let out a shaky sigh
"Fine" Tsukauchi led me to a separate room, the same one where I met [y/n], in the room there was a little girl who had red eyes and light blue hair, with a horn sticking out of her head, it was quite long, and she seemed a little hesitant and scared, like how [y/n] was when I first introduced my self, though [y/n] opened up quite fast to me, but I don't know about this girl, it seems that she went through a lot
"Hi Eri, I'll like to introduce you, Aizawa, he's a great friend of mine, and he'll be watching you from now on" she looks at me with a shimmer in her eyes, she reminds me so much of [y/n] that it's hard to not try and break down in front of everyone, but I kept my posture straight, and tried to keep a stoic face
"B-but what if I hurt him..." she mumbled out
"Don't worry, I can stop your quirk if anything happens" I reassured her, she slowly took my hand, and I felt......happy? It's been so long since I felt this way, I just wished that [y/n] was here to make things easier for me, having to let another child in my life, after I let one slip away, it's hard but I guess Eri is like a bandaid to me, she'll heal the wound over time and I'll be my normal self once again
~~~~Time Skip~~~~
"Hey Aizawa what are the cats names" she knelt down in front of Noodles and Leo, she began to let them
"Noodles and Leo" she giggled a little
"That's a funny name, Noodles, I like it" she explored a little and she found [y/n] room, I didn't change a thing after she passed "who's room is this?" she looked at all the toys and drawings [y/n] made of me and the class
"It's.......... it's [y/n]" I looked around and I can feel my throat tighten again
"Who's she" she asked, memories of her flashed back at me
"She's...
...she's nobody" I quickly grab her hand and shut the door "Eri, I'll like you to not open that door, it's important that you don't go in there, okay?" she looks down
"Oh, okay... but why, I-if you don't m-mind me asking" she stuttered
"I'll tell you.... when it's the right time" I showed her the other guest room, it's the same thing as [y/n] but with no decorations yet "This is your room now, come on let's take you a bath before bed" I showed her the bathroom, and turned on the bathtub, I put bubbles in and she took of her clothes and hopped in, she sunk in enjoying the warmth
"W-wait Aizawa what am I gonna wear for pajamas" she asked
"I have something" I went in [y/n] room, and grabbed the cat onesie she wore the first time she came, I looked at it and smiled, 'I guess I can make new memories with Eri' I thought, I made my to the bathroom to find bubbles everywhere 'It's like a deja vu'
"I'm sorry, I didn't know how to stop it" she popped out of the bubbles
"It's okay let's get you out of here" I grabbed her out of the towel and dried her off, putting on her pj's then setting her down on the bed, I turned off the lights "Night Eri"
"Night" I closed the door and went back to my room, I turned on my tv and put on the movie 'The Outsiders' (ooohhhhh yeeeeaaahhhh -3-) then I hear the door open to see a little person peeping through the door "is there something wrong"
"I-I can't sleep" she mumbled, I pat the spot next to me and she crawled in
"Heh I'm really having a deja vu moment" she looked at me confused "before you came, I had a little girl who went through hell as well, the day we spent right now went exactly the same way as her, just a little different"
"Is that the same girl you mentioned earlier before" I nodded my head "what happened?" I just kinda froze and I took a deep shaky breath "oh...... I'm sorry for your loss"
"It's okay"
"How old was she, if you don't mind me asking"
"She was five, but she's in a much better place now" she rested her head against me, and the scene where Ponyboy is being drowned in the fountain came up and I quickly changed it "well watch this when your older" I put on Ponyo instead and we watched that until she fell asleep, I turned off the tv and went to bed as well 'I'll make sure things go right'
