"What a plot twist, Loud Cloud is Kurogiri, isn't he apart of the league of villains" Hatsume said
"Y-yeah, well... was in the league of villains, he's now in jail, I-I have to do something, m-maybe I can somehow put him back in his original body, I-I can try to convince them to let me help him"
"[y/n] you can't solve every problem, you just came out of the hospital, you need to relax"
"B-but how am I supposed to relax if I figured out that Loud Cloud is Kurogiri, I-I need help him, my dad went through a lot a-and I want to make him happy"
"I know you want to make him happy, but you just had surgery and need to rest"
"I can't rest, not I until I help get Loud Cloud back"
"O-okay, but don't you wanna see how he coped, maybe it's best if we don't change anything"
"Nothing is gonna change my mind" she sighed out and we continued to watch my dads past, and honestly I cried, he was homeless for awhile and to cope with the loss of Loud Cloud he kept over working himself, he did find new friends that open a cat cafe, I guess that encouraged him to work at U.A with Uncle Mic and Auntie Midnight, and that's how it ends
"Y-you okay [y/n]"
"N-no, my dad went through so much, a-and I don't know, I just want to help him" I said, the bell rang signaling it's the end of lunch, I walk away trying my best not to breakdown
He was abused
He thought low of himself
His friend died in-front of him
He overworked himself
He was homeless
I wiped my tears and stood in front of the class 1A door, I didn't want to go inside but I did anyways, I kept a fake smile as I walk in "hey [y/n] where did you go"
"O-oh, I was in the restroom" I sat down at my dads desk with Eri
"I know you weren't in the restroom" Eri said 'She's good, really good' "so where did you actually go" I sighed out
"I was with Hatsume" I whispered
"What so bad about that"
"Hatsume built a vision thing that can look at the past"
"Sooo"
"I looked at dads past, and it wasn't the greatest" she looked at me so I continued "I'll make it quick, he was abused, he thought low of himself, the only friend that encouraged him died in-front of him, he overworked himself, and he was homeless, I don't... I can't... " I couldn't comprehend words, Eri just looked at me with a sad/worried expression
"That's...... horrible" I nodded in agreement
"What's horrible" me and Eri jumped from our dads voice
"Your past-" I covered Eri's mouth
"Your pastry!" I said
"My pastry? It's not that bad"
"Eh yeah, we just stuff it down, maybe add more sugar" I said, he took the lie and continued with his lecture, I sighed out and laid my head on the desk
"Sorry I got scared"
"It's alright, just keep this a secret"
"Okay"
"Hey Eri"
"Yeah"
"Do you still have the USB drive I gave you"
"Oh yeah here, I was holding it the whole time"
"Thank you" I put it in my pocket and took out my homework to finish
"Hey [y/n] what's in the USB drive" I spaced out trying to think of an excuse
"All my homework studies" I said, she also took the lie "I'm gonna go to the restroom" I hopped down and walked towards the restroom, I just looked at myself in the mirror "I got this, I'll go see Shigaraki, break Kurogiri out, and bring Loud Cloud back" I started to think of ways to bring him back, but none came up "maybe Hatsume can help me" I walk back to her lab thing and saw her fixing some items
"Oh [y/n] your back, how are you feeling"
"I need your help with something"
"Sure what is it"
"You know" she sighed out and thought about it "you'll make history with your baby invention"
"Let's do it!" 'That was quick' "so what is it that I need to make"
"Extraction of a persons DNA, then what we can do is reverse the damage from the person, thats where we need Eri to come in, with her quirk she can bring him back to his original body"
"Smart! Let's get started!..... how are we gonna get Kurogiri back"
"I'll handle that, you just focus on the DNA extraction" she gave me a thumbs up and I left, I was looking at the USB drive pondering how will life will be like if I had never time traveled back to the past, was it a good idea... or was it a bad idea
I was so focused on the topic that I forgot there where stairs and I tumbled down, I landed on the second floor but the USB drive tumbled all the way downstairs, I heard the bell ring which meant it was the end of the day, and the most fearful sound came to my ears...
Running footsteps.....
I booked it down the stairs, the footsteps getting closer by the second, and I see a stampede of teens running straight towards the USB drive, in the last minute attempt of saving it I jumped forward grabbing it and tumbled across the floor slamming against the wall, everything went silent
"Are you okay" a couple of students from different classes checked to see if I was fine
"I-I-I'm fine" I quickly limped away upstairs and made it back to the classroom, I sighed out thinking this was over with...
... but now I have to deal with getting Kurogiri back
