"What's the problem"
"The incident that happened with [y/n] is on your record, you where her temporary guardian so all of this falls onto you, the judge will look at this and think that your unfit to be a father, this will surely make you lose [y/n], the only way that we can win her is if they have records of abuse towards a child" I sit down and just...... I don't know what to do or to think, having the thought of losing her again is making stress, I just can't lose her again
"The court order is tomorrow and we have to have some good evidence for the judge, I can bring Tsukauchi and let him look into it, maybe he can find something"
"Hopefully, because without any good evidence where surely gonna lose her" I left and see that the students where waiting at the door
"What do you guys want"
"Sensei what's happening" they all had worked expressions
"Nothing, just go back to lunch this isn't your problem"
"Tsk! This is our problem if it involves [y/n]"
"Yeah we just got her back we don't want to lose her again" they were talking over each other again and I can't take anymore of this
"GUYS!!! I know your worried but this does not involve any of you, so don't get in my way or anyone's way, just focus on your guys work"

"No buts, just ignore any of this, I'm going to the police station so I can look up some more information, All Might will be watching you guys, don't ask him any questions about this situation or you'll be doing extra work" I left to meet up with Tsukauchi to gather up some evidence
"Hey Aizawa hows it been"

"Is it that bad, I mean it surely won't be that hard to win a case"
"Well this one is bad, there planing on taking [y/n] away and I don't know what to do, we don't have any good evidence and my record is looking bad because of the incident"

"Okay, we've gathered enough so far, hopefully this will be enough, want me to come with you"

"Bye" I walk out and went to the hospital, I open the door to see [y/n] slowly walking towards the table
"Hey [y/n] be careful" I hold her hand so she can steady herself and she was able to walk from her bed to the table "hey good job, your feeling better, your quirk angel touch is helping you heal faster isn't it" she nodded her head slightly "can you still talk, or no"
"A-a little" her voice was raspy but it was good enough for people to understand what she said
"At least your getting better"
"Yeah, c-can I get some t-tea please"
"Yeah, I'll get you some" I got her some tea and once I came back I see the men in the black suits talking to her "what the hell are you guys doing here!?"
"We have rights to see her, If you show any aggression towards us we will put you down so either put up with us or step outside"
"I'm staying here with her, so don't mind me" I sat down next to [y/n] and asking about her quirks
"Can you show me your some of your quirks"
"No"
"Just for a tiny bit, please"

"Cause no" they where getting agitated but didn't give up

"Okay, fine we will come back and you will show us your quirk"
"No I won't" they rubbed there temple and left "I-I don't like them"
"Yeah me neither, here's your tea" we relaxed and watched some shows then All Might came and dropped of Eri
"How are feeling [y/n]"
"I'm feeling b-better Uncle Might, hows your scar"
"You can talk now! That's good, my scar is better now, I'm glad you healed it a little, it was starting to hurt"
"It's no problem, a-anyways who's the people in the b-black suits, they look......... familiar" she asked me
"Oh, it's nothing you should worry about, anyways Eri your gonna be dropped off early at Auntie Midnights house because there is somewhere I have to go"
"Okay, can we watch a movie"
"Yeah, let's settle in and relax now"
