After your ice cream, Tsuyu practically dragged you to the movie. It's not that you didn't want to go, there were just too many people and you didn't want Tsu to spend more money on you.

Eventually, you'd both reached the theater. That's when things got awkward, because neither of you had any idea of what movie you should watch. You didn't want to seem pushy by suggesting one you'd like, so you bit your tongue and told Tsu to choose while hoping that she'd pick something good.

Tsuyu was going through a similar dilemma. She had no idea what you'd like, and she was fine with any of the movies they were playing. As both of you were internally panicking, Tsuyu heard someone talking in front of her.

"I mean, Okurimono already went to see 'Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark', and she said she loved it. Apparently, she wants to bring Okayo for their next date."

"Are you telling me that the one person that never likes going to the movies liked one so much that she's bringing her girlfriend to see it too?"

"That's exactly what I'm saying. I know you've been waiting for 'Infinity War', but if Okurimono liked this newer movie then we're basically legally obligated to watch it." The other girl nodded, helping Tsuyu make up her mind.

"How about 'Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark?" She asked, watching you perk up.

"I read all the books when I was younger! I love that series!" The bright smile on your face almost blinded Tsu, she'd only ever seen you smile this much once before, and that was when you discovered she was your soulmate.

"Then we'll watch that, kero." Tsuyu gave you another smile as you nodded excitedly, snaking her hand into yours.

The line moved pretty quickly and soon you were at the front. Tsuyu asked for the tickets, and soon you were on your way. You stopped quickly for popcorn, drinks, and candy, but didn't stay long. You were so excited for the movie that you practically dragged Tsuyu around.

Eventually, you'd both settled in your chairs.

Ten minutes before they started playing the ads.

There were only two other people in the theater so far, which surprised you. You thought that more people would be interested in seeing the movie, but you doubted more people would come in.

"Hey, (Y/N)?" Tsu leaned over to you, catching your attention. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom, kero. Save my seat, kay?" You nodded, staring straight ahead and waiting for the curtains to open.

Shortly after Tsuyu had left, you felt someone sit down next to you. You looked over, expecting to see Tsu, only to be greeted with the face of some old man. He stared at you creepily, licking his lips.

"Um, sir, that seat is taken."

"I didn't see anyone in it, so no it wasn't."

"Yes, it is. You moved all her stuff to the floor. It was on the chair."

"Well if she needs a seat when she comes back then you can sit on my lap and she can take your chair, sweetheart." You literally cringed as he winked at you.

"You're disgusting. That seat is taken and you need to move. I won't ask again."

"What could a small little girl like you do about it?" he smirked, making your anger grow. You could see Tsu walking up the stairs, looking at you with a confused expression.

"I won't do anything. It's my girlfriend you need to worry about."

"She can't be much better than you. Who knows, maybe she'll want to join us."

"Why don't you ask her." You gestured to your girlfriend, who'd been standing behind the man long enough to figure out what was happening.

"Sir, please leave my seat."

"I don't think I will. I like this spot, next to a pretty girl." He smirked at her, trying to snake his arm around your shoulders. You blasted it out of place with your quirk, hearing a quiet snap as his shoulder dislocated itself.

"I won't ask again. She's asked nicely and you refuse to move." Tsuyu glared at him, watching him shrink up in himself. "If it'll convince you more, we're both UA students. We can both use our quirks if we see fit, and we both have the training to hurt you beyond measure. Now will you move?"

"Fine, fine! Your little girlfriend ruined my arm, anyways, so I can't even stay for the movie." He huffed, walking off. Tsuyu slid into the seat after him, snaking her arm around your shoulder.

"Why'd you tell him I had training?"

"To convince him, kero. If he thought only one of us was a hero course student, he might've tried to take us on. Two people are harder to beat than one, kero." You laughed a little, snuggling into her shoulder.

"Alright then." You both settled in for the movie, refusing to move again. There was a comfortable silence before the trailers finally started, signaling that everyone else needed to shut up and watch.

A/N:

Hi guys! Sorry for any errors, I don't have the time to do much more than a light scan of the chapter. I have to go to the orthodontist in a couple minutes for a check up, even though it's been years since I had braces. Anyways, thanks for reading!
