I looked up, only to find a man with dark, almost black hair and cool purple scars running down his neck and arms. He didn't seem to want to be here, but the girl next to him sure did.
She had short blonde hair, with two side buns and pigtails. It looked like she had fangs, but I couldn't tell. She made eye contact with me, talked to the man for a minute, and then they both walked over and knelt down next to me.
"You wouldn't happen to be (Y/N) (L/N), would you?" The man asked, smirking, and looking like he already knew. Against my better judgment, I answered.
"That would be me. Who are you, exactly?" The girl laughed.
"I'm Toga, and he's Dabi! Wanna come with us?" From this close, I could definitely tell she had fangs. But what freaked me out more was how cat like her eyes were.
"No thank you, I'm not very social. We can hang out here for a bit, though, if that works for you." I was finally starting to regret telling the truth. It would've been better to lie, but I didn't and now I'm here.
"Awww, that's too bad. I was hoping you'd come peacefully. She smiled at me, and the guy swung for my head. He missed, but just barely.
"What the fu-" Finally, the guy recollected his thoughts, and yoinked me from my position on the ground. He sighed as the girl whined, and made his way over to this purple blob thing. I'll be honest, I had no idea what it was. I couldn't care less, either. Sure, there was a chance I'd die, but at this point I didn't hate the idea.
"C'mon Dabi! I didn't even get a bite!" She crossed her arms. Finally, the man spoke again.
"Not now, crazy, we got other plans, remember?" The man said, clearly annoyed.
"Oh riiiiight, Shiga-kun wants to have fun!" The girl flounced away, and I could feel the annoyed energy radiating off the man. Once we were five feet away from the purple thing, it occured to me that my quirk would be, I don't know, EXTREMELY USEFUL IN THIS SITUATION. But of course, by the time I realized what I could do, we were in the purple thingy and walking out the other side. Yeah, I'm not the fastest thinker.
"Ah, welcome (L/N)-chan. How yah doing?" A man surrounded by mist was cleaning out some wine glasses.
"I'm... fine? Who are you?"
"I'm Kurogiri, and I'm assuming those two have already said who they were." He explained, never looking away from his work.
"Well, Toga did, Dabi was just kinda... silent." Kurogiri nodded. "So, where am I?"
""Not important right now." A new boy, with pale blue hair, walked into the room. His lips were chapped, and he looked exhausted, but he wasn't awful. He had a black mark on his neck, right underneath some serious scratch marks. I realized with a jolt that I couldn't see anyone elses marks.
"So, (L/N), how are ya? What's with that Moan-kid? Why's he so mean?" The blue man asked.
"Shigaraki-kun, be nice! That Neito kid is a meanie." Toga crossed her arms and puffed up her cheeks, looking like an annoyed squirrel.
"Monoma isn't that bad. Why does everyone act like I should want to kill him?" I looked away, brows slightly furrowed. "The only person I want to kill is myself." Dabi gave me a look, but nobody else appeared to have heard my last statement.
"You SHOULD want to kill him! He's awfully rude, and always telling you bad things! That's why we brought you here, (Y/N)-chan! If you join us, you can help us kill all those mean kids that hurt you!" Toga was bouncing around, excited.
"But I don't wanna kill them! They were right, and I accept that. Are you guys trying to turn me into a villain?" Dabi and Shigaraki nodded, acting like it was obvious.
"Look, I'm sorry guys. You seem like nice people, really, but I'm not villain material. I'm only at U.A. because they had a good mechanics course, even if it's for hero stuff. That's all I wanna do, hurting people is off the table. I saw Shigaraki's eye twitch, and Kurogiri looked expectant and ready to stop a fight. I held my breath, waiting for a reaction.
"(Y/N), Is your final answer to joining us a no?" Shigaraki asked, surprisingly polite. I nodded, to which he only smiled.
"Dabi, go ahead then, the floor is yours." Dabi nodded at him and pulled me away again, this time shoving me into a small room. There was no bed, but there was a blanket and a pillow in the corner. I had a window, but the glass looked too thick to break. He smiled at me before closing the door. I heard a click, and my eyes went wide finally realizing my situation. I sunk into myself, afraid of what would happen in the future. Only time will tell.
