You wanted to comfort him, you really did, but it was a bit more than you could do at the moment given your frozen position.

As far back as you could remember, nobody had been so adamant about apologizing to you for something they didn't cause or couldn't fix. It shocked you, honestly. You wanted to give him a hug, or a high five, or something to prove that you accepted his unnecessary apology, but at the same time the thought of even moving an inch was so terrifying that no matter how hard you tried you physically couldn't move.

Midoriya didn't cry for long, which you didn't complain about seeing as if he'd kept crying you probably would have joined. He sat for a few seconds, just sniffling and staring at the ground, before he spoke to you again.

"Sorry, I dragged you in here to apologize and yet somehow I ended up being the one crying again." He let out a wet laugh, wiping his eyes with the sleeve of an oversized jacket, one that you assumed to be Todoroki's. "I just wanted to say all of that before I lost the nerve, you know?"

When he looked up to see if you'd nod, he finally realized you'd been frozen in the same spot the entire time. Neither of you were quite sure what to do, so you both sat rigidly until someone came knocking at the door.

Midoriya broke out of the stupor first, getting up quickly to open the door for who you'd discover to be Todoroki. While they talked quietly in the doorway, you tried to force yourself out of the mental state you'd entered.

The name was something strange, like dissociating or something along the lines. You'd been told that you used to do it a lot as a child, and Hizashi would have to wait for you to snap out of it. That same thing was happening now, and you didn't like it.

While you panicked silently, staring blankly at a wall, Midoriya and Todoroki kept to themselves.

"Asui wants to know where she is. Should I send her up?" Todoroki asked, both boys glancing back at you.

"(Y/N)?" Midoriya called out, trying to get your attention. You didn't even flinch. The broccoli moved a little closer, and with no signs of you even being alive her responded. "Yeah, I think Tsuyu would be a bit needed here. Tell her (Y/N)'s unresponsive, please?"

Todoroki nodded, pecking Midoriya on the lips quickly before leaving the room again. This time, Midoriya left his door unlocked and sat down next to you. Your eyes never wavered from their fixed position on Midoriya's wall. He nudged your shoulder, and no response. The greenette didn't want to just sit around and wait, but there really wasn't much else he could do if you weren't reacting.

It took three minutes for Tsuyu and Todoroki to return. Tsuyu came crashing up the stairs, Todoroki following with at least twenty seconds between their arrivals. She was huffing, out of breath from sprinting up the steps, but she calmed down when she saw you. It was at about this time that Todoroki got to the room.

"You told me she was unresponsive, kero." She gave Todoroki a small glare.

"She wasn't responding." He shrugged.

"Asui, (Y/N) hasn't moved in a while and her blinking is really slow. She doesn't react to anything, movement or voices."

"Guys, she's dissociating. What were you talking to her about, kero?" Midoriya grew red, shrinking into himself a bit.

"I apologized to her, she started dissociating towards the end." Tsuyu nodded, surprisingly understanding to the boys.

"Well, don't worry too much about her, kero. You can't stop her fit, she's stuck like that until her brain calms down. I'll take her back to our room, if that's okay with you." Both boys nodded quickly, entirely ready to not be liable for your health.
