"Anyways, do you know who might have taken them?" Hizashi froze a bit, looking over to your now sleeping form quickly. Tsu raised her brow, but stayed silent.
"Let's go out to the hall, there's something I need to tell you. Then you can tell me if (Y/N) is stable enough to hear it." She nodded, following him quickly. The door closed softly behind him as he let out a soft sigh.
"Okay, now what's so important that I had to leave (Y/N) alone for?" Tsu crossed her arms, slightly mad that you were sitting in there alone, vulnerable if someone broke into the school again.
"Half of the league managed to escape a few days ago. Himiko Toga, Tomura Shigaraki, Kurogiri, and that purple bastard are all walking free right now. Nobody has managed to find them yet, so I'm willing to bet that they're behind this." Tsu nodded, slowly opening the door to check on you.
"She needs to know. Honestly, I'm disappointed that you guys kept it from her this long, kero. You realize we can't protect her unless we know that she's in danger, right?" Hizashi hung his head, nodding slightly.
"The police told us that we couldn't tell her, not while her mental health was doing so badly. Trust me, I wanted to, but I couldn't. It's not like she lets me talk to her, anyway." He shook his hand, playing with the ring on his forefinger as he shook his head. "I'm too loud. Most of the time, it's better for both of us. She doesn't get a panic attack, and I get to see her improving."
A soft smile grew on Hizashi's face. For the first time, Tsuyu was watching him act calmly. Even his voice was somewhat quiet.
"You should talk to her more." Tsuyu spoke up without thinking, flinching slightly when his head darted up.
"What?"
"(Y/N) is doing a lot better. She can handle most loud noises somewhat easily, as long as you don't say the wrong things." Tsu turned around, moving to go inside before remembering something. "Plus, she could use a family member to talk to. Your other siblings are jerks to her, kero." Hizashi nodded, smile growing more and more.
Without saying another word to him, Tsuyu walked back into the room to find you slowly waking up. She rushed over to your crying form, calming you down from your nightmare. Hizashi waited another moment outside the door before he came in, immediately panicking more.
"(Y/N)? Hey, breathe, (Y/N) you need to breathe." He gripped your free hand, your other one already taken by Tsu. "We're right here. They're not. It's okay." Your shaking slowed slightly, and soon you were silently crying into Tsu's shoulder as she played with your hair.
"Hey, (Y/N), it's okay. We're right here, kero. We're right here."
"Are you sure going after the triplets is a good idea? It doesn't seem like she can handle i-"
"No!" You yelled jolting up from Tsu's shoulder. Tears still streaming down your face, you looked at him with wide eyes. "We ha-have to find them! I-i don't c-c-care ab-bout my nightmares!" Hizashi stared at you in slight shock.
"You- you're talking? After a nightmare?" His hand shook slightly in yours as you hesitantly nodded. Hizashi gave Tsuyu a soft smile, something she almost missed.
"We'll find them, kero. But we have a lead!" You perked up, eyeing Tsuyu somewhat suspiciously.
"Good lead or bad lead?"
"It's good that we have this lead, but I don't know if it's good at all." You nodded, signalling her to continue. Hizashi just stared in awe at the progress you'd made.
"Dabi, Toga, Kurogiri, and Shigaraki all escaped prison just before they went missing." Your hands squeezed both of theirs just a little tighter at this news, but your face stayed blank. "It's very likely that they took them." You nodded, glaring at the hand holding Tsuyu's.
