Hizashi and Shouta stayed with you for four hours before a nurse kicked them out to let you sleep a bit more.

You didn't, but they wanted you to.

Another few hours passed of you sitting in pretty much silence before six rolled around. You had heard the doctors and nurses talking about something airing at six, and you called in a nurse to help you turn on the TV.

She was a bit surprised and confused, but eventually the silence became too awkward and she did it. She left quickly after that, though you weren't sure why. Maybe she had other patients to be watching?

Finally, after nearly two minutes of waiting, the commercials finally ended.

Now, you didn't usually watch the news. It was depressing, and hardly any good things happened on it, and it never told the full story. But you'd gone hours sitting in silence and anything was better than that.

"Next up, the local hero school UA suffers another loss of a student." The lady talking so calmly surprised you. Did they mean someone died? "Second year support course student (Y/N) (L/N) has been hospitalized yet again; after a fight with the League of Villains, the second year has reportedly forgotten everything that has happened in the last six months. Why did UA send in (Y/N) to fight the league? According to an anonymous source, the young girl offered herself up to the task. Apparently, League member Dabi has taken her many times to fulfill a twisted fantasy, and she was the target."

You stared at the TV in shock. Did you really offer yourself up to Dabi? What could motivate you to do that?

"So far, we have no clue as to why she would volunteer for this. We've also been told that four other UA students were sent on this dangerous mission; namely, Bakugou Katsuki, Jirou Kyoka, Kouda Koji, and Asui Tsuyu. While these students are from the hero course, the other difference between them and (Y/N) are their injuries. After the battle, only (Y/N) ended up in the hospital. The others, including the pro heroes who they embarked with, only suffered minor injuries. We have reporters at the hospital right now, and hopefully we'll have more to tell in a few hours. Next, a small ca-"

You switched off the TV, staring in shock. What could have motivated you to do all of that? Why didn't someone tell why you did this? Was Hizashi one of the people that let you go see the league again? And Tsuyu, she was there with you? Just what had happened?

Your mind was spinning. There was a great amount of noise coming from the hallway, which helped nothing.

You expected a tidal wave of people to enter your room, yet when the door opened, only Tsuyu slipped in. She looked tired, but her hair was tied up and her clothes were cleaner. She was careful to keep the door closed so you wouldn't have to see what was out there yet.

"Hey, kero." You waved, tired and still in awe. " There's some people out there who want to ask you some questions. I thought I'd ask you first, kero."

You held up your hands, ready to sign. "First, I have a question." She nodded, gesturing for you to continue. "Why did I offer to go with to battle the league?" She froze a bit, sighing. The girl finally moved away from the door and plopped down in the chair next to you.

"So you saw the news, then." You nodded. Her voice was quieter the next time she spoke, probably so whoever was outside wouldn't hear. "They had taken Hiro, Sayaka, and Taka. You insisted on it." Your eyes grew wide. "By the way, I brought Amalie. I don't know if you remember her, but she's missed you." Tsuyu pulled on the pocket of her hoodie a bit, making the opening a bit bigger.

A little dragon crawled out and scrambled to reach you. She squeaked a bit, gathering your full attention as she untangled her claws from the soft fabric.

"Amalie?" You croaked, hardly loud enough to be considered a whipser. Tsuyu nodded, helping the little dragon.

"You told us that you found her after you got out of the hospital the first time. She lives with us in our dorm, but don't tell Aizawa or Mic because they might kick her out." You chuckled silently as she wove herself around your pointer finger. The little dragon held on for dear life, cooing and purring as you stroked her head with your thumb.

"I'll answer their questions now." You signed after moving Amalie into the neck of your hospital gown. She snuggled in peacefully, completely unnoticeable to anyone looking at you. Tsuyu nodded, getting up to open the door.

"I'll translate. Please don't be too loud, she has a minor concussion as well, kero." As soon as they had permission, four different reporters rushed into the room. "Alright, as long as you're all respectful, you can ask away."

"Miss (Y/N), where does your memory start?" The first reporter, a girl with brown hair and a cream sweater, asked. The cameraman next to her nodded, giving you an encouraging look. His glasses sure were strange, with their yellow and black stripes. Not to mention his bright red hair and his yellow and black hoodie. It was a sight to behold.

"The last thing I remember is being rescued from them the first time. Any moments after that are a blur." You signed slow enough for Tsuyu to be able to read it all. The camera panned to her as she started explaining.

"She doesn't remember anything after being rescued from the league the first time, kero." The cameraman panned the camera back to you as the next reporter asked his question.

"Do you have any clue why you would volunteer to fight the league after everything that has happened?"

"I've been told it was to save someone very important to me. I also believe that I'd improved greatly, and wanted to save them more than I wanted to avoid them. I know what it's like to be abandoned with those monsters. I didn't want that for my friends."

"She said that she was told it was to save someone that's extremely important to her, and that she thinks she's improved enough to help. She says she knows what it's like to be abandoned with them and didn't want that for her friends, kero." The reporter nodded, scribbling that down.

"Why aren't you talking?" The third reporter piped up.

"Since my memory has gone back to after the league, it's near impossible for me to talk right now. This happened the first time too, I've been told."

This went on for a half hour, them asking questions and ou answering in sign so Tsuyu could translate. By the time they'd left, both of you were exhausted.
