Undertale: Tales from the Dreemurr Family

(Frisk's POV)

I was playing Minecraft with Asriel, Aria, and Chara. Funny thing was, when I opened the title screen, it said "Mincecraft." I had shown it to my siblings, who laughed upon seeing what is said. As I played, I thought about what it would be like to have another human in the family.

Asriel seemed to notice and read my mind. "I'm sure that there'll be a human for Mom to adopt at some point."

I smiled at Goatbro. "Thanks, Azzy," I said. "But I'm thinking that Mom thinks the family is large enough."

"Nonsense!" Aria exclaimed. "If anything, Mom would be all too happy to adopt another human into the family! I'm not saying that it would be a bad thing, though! In fact, I'd love to have another human sibling!"

Chara snorted. "You'd love anyone if you were given the chance," he said.

"Except for Jerry," Aria replied, shuddering at the name. "I wish someone would kill him already, cause he sucks."

At that moment, we heard Toriel's voice calling, "My children! Come down to the living room!"

We exited our game and went downstairs to the living room, where Asgore and Toriel were.

"What is it?" Chara asked.

Toriel smiled. "Asgore and I have been talking for a while, and I think you're ready to hear the news."

Asgore smiled as well. "We've decided to adopt another human into the family. We hope you'll make him feel welcome."

My heart skipped a beat. "Really!?"

Aria pumped her fist. "Yes! Thank you!"

Chara looked a little bit happy. Not much else to say about him, I guess.

"What's his name?" Asriel inquired.

"His name is Kris," Toriel said. "He's about your age, Asriel, so we hope you'll make him feel especially welcome."

Asriel smiled. "I'll do my best."

(Asriel's POV, 2 hours later)

Toriel and Asgore came home soon enough. I was almost bursting with excitement at meeting my new brother.

The new human, Kris, had brown hair that covered his eyes, a green shirt with two yellow stripes, and brown pants. He almost looked like Chara's twin, except that the shirt's green was paler.

"Say hello to your new siblings, Kris," Toriel said.

Kris just gazed at me through his hair. He didn't speak.

"Howdy, Kris," I said, holding out a hand. "My name is Asriel Dreemurr."

Kris still didn't respond.

"It's alright, Kris," Asgore said. "No need to be shy."

Frisk and Chara stepped forward and introduced themselves. I hoped that they would have better luck since they were humans, but Kris didn't react.

And then he spotted Aria.

"Oh my goat!" He cried out suddenly, and raced towards her and hugged her. "She's so adorable!"

Aria seemed happy that Kris opened up to her. "Hi, Kris," she said. "My name's Aria. I hope we can make you feel welcome here."

"Hi, Aria," Kris said. "My gosh, you're so fluffy. I just wanna hug you forever."

"Wut," Chara said. "So he won't open up to humans, but he'll hug a baby goat? He's weird."

Frisk jabbed Chara in the ribs. "He's not weird," she said. "People are different from each other."
