(Toriel's POV)

I was just finishing up making breakfast while Asgore and the kids (minus Aria, for she was getting ready for the day) set the table up. Today's breakfast consisted of omelets with onions, ham, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

"Those look so good, Tori," Asgore said, taking a deep sniff.

"Hands off, Gorey," I scolded, chuckling. "Some of those are for the other kids. Though, there might be enough for some to have a second helping if they are so inclined."

Asgore gave a guilty smile. "You know I love your cooking," he said.

How could anyone not love good old King Fluffybuns?

"Where's Aria?" Kris asked.

"Yeah," Chara added. "She should be here by now."

"Give her some time," I said patiently. "Aria's getting ready, most likely."

Asriel looked concerned, but didn't say anything.

"My child?" I asked him. "What is bothering you?"

"It's... something we should talk about in private," he said.

I nodded, and took my son to the living room, which was empty.

"It's about Aria," Asriel said.

"What about her?" I asked.

"She's been eating more than she usually does. Maybe I'm just getting nervous for no reason. Maybe it's just because she's growing up."

I nodded. "We need nourishment to mature, do we not?"

"But... I'm kinda ashamed to say this... but it seems like Aria's been putting on a few pounds... and I'm not sure if you noticed." Asriel groaned. "I don't even know if this is right or not."

I thought about what Asriel said for a few moments. It did seem like Aria had been eating quite a lot lately. And, now that he mentioned it, Aria did seem to be gaining weight around her middle. That concerned me a little bit.

"Thank you for telling me, Asriel," I said gently. "It's never wrong to show your concern for others. It just shows that you care about them. Now, we should eat before our omelets get cold."

Asriel nodded, and both of us walked to the kitchen. A few moments later, Aria came down.

"What's for breakfast?" She asked.

"Omelets," Frisk said. "Want one?"

Aria jumped with happiness. "Do I ever!" She then looked at me. "Good morning, Mom."

"Good morning, my child," I said. I wasn't sure how to express Asriel's concern for her. It seemed like he was right, as well. Aria did indeed look a bit on the chubby side. This worried me.

"Mom?" Aria asked. "Just tell me what's bothering you. It's okay."

I sighed. "Asriel's concerned about you," I said. "He seems to have noticed your gaining weight. And... well..."

Aria shook her head, smiling. "It's alright," she said, placing a hand on her slightly rounded belly. "At least everyone will know the Dreemurrs eat well!" She chuckled.

"Maybe so, but this is no joke," I said. I turned to Asgore. "Would you mind setting up an appointment with Dr. Blaise?" I asked him.

"Of course not," Gorey said. "Our children's health should be at its peak."

(Aria's POV)

After we had finished our omelet breakfast, Toriel took me to see Dr. Angela Blaise, our physician/counselor. She had both a medical degree and a counseling/psychology degree. Man, that woman could do it all!
