No matter what happens I'll always stand by you

Introducing Aljaz to Ava

I was finally introducing Aljaz to Ava today. They'd met briefly at the hospital when she was seeing Noah and I but apart from that they hadn't met.

I woke up with mixed feelings. Karen arrived to look after Noah for us. Aljaz and I got our things and left Karen and Noah to it. I felt bad leaving Noah with Karen and not taking him but I had a feeling that something was going to happen.

When we got to the park, Chloe didn't want to get out of the car. Ava ran over to me to say hi, then she turned around, saw Chloe still in the car with Bex having no luck trying to get her out and knew that she'd only come if Ava spoke to her.

"I'll be back in a minute" Ava said before running back to the car. Bex walked over to where Aljaz and I were leaving Ava to try and convince Chloe to come with us.

Chloe stood up holding Ava's hand and came over to see me and meet Aljaz with her. Aljaz and I could sense that something was wrong and kept an eye out for Chloe as well without knowing what had happened.

We were about half way around the park. Everything was going as it was meant to be; Ava was getting to know Aljaz and I, Chloe was talking with Bex behind us when Ava suddenly saw Ashley with a friend. She knew that she had to get us out of sight quickly but it turned out that it wasn't quick enough and we'd been spotted.

Ashley came sprinting towards us yelling abuse at Chloe then chucked her against the wall we happened to be by. Aljaz and Ashley's friend tried to get Ashley off Chloe, I pulled Ava out of the way so she didn't get hurt. Ava couldn't stand seeing him behaving like this especially towards Chloe as it wasn't her fault.

Once the boys had got Chloe free, Ava ran over to her to try and calm her down. It took Bex, Ava and I to get her back to Bex's car. Ava left her with Bex so she could say bye to me and Aljaz who'd caught us up.
