Strictly final

Just like that today was the strictly final and I couldn't wait to have Ava  in the audience. I'd invited her down so she could celebrate with us and meet everyone that she hadn't seen in weeks or didn't meet the first time she was there.

I couldn't wait, Noah was with my brother and sister who had come over for a few weeks and who I'd introduced to Ava a few days ago. My parents had come with them but the least said about that the better. Aljaz and I were picking her up on our way as we were driving past anyway and Ashley didn't want to leave Chloe.

I text Ava to say that we were outside so Ava said bye to Ashley and Chloe and went to get in the car. Ava hadn't seen Aljaz, me  or anyone from strictly since my birthday weekend in Blackpool.

As soon as Ava got in the car it was like she'd never been away.

Ava went to find Amy and to see if Stacey and Nadiya were around, while Aljaz and headed to put our bags in the dressing room. I went to watch Aljaz rehearse and knew that Ava would message or find me if she needed me.

While we were in the star bar Ava text me to say that she was with Stacey so I told her to have fun.

I was heading up to the dressing room when I bumped into Ava.

Ava: "hey"
Janette: "hey, I thought you were with Stacey?"
Ava: "I was but she had to sort something out so I decided to see who I could find."
Janette: "ah, I'm on my way to the girls dressing room if you wanna come?"
Ava: "yes please"

As we were walking up to the girls dressing room I could tell that Ava was thinking about something.

I'd been with Ava , Nadiya, Katya and Karen in the girls dressing room when Amy came in looking for Ava, she followed Amy into the corridor.
