As the ear piercing music began to drill holes into Ginny's head, Ginny glanced at the grandfather clock one more time.

11:30. Two minutes more from the last time she checked.

I suppose I can arrive early. She thought.

Downing the rest of her butter beer, Ginny managed to slip through the mass of people and escape through the portrait door. The stench of alcohol becoming fainter with every step- along with the tunes that played.

Every once in a while, Ginny would pass couples stealing a moment along the corridors, and Ginny remembered how she and Draco used to do just that; escaping the crowd and hiding in deserted halls. Sighing, she wondered if they could ever do that again.

Arriving at the astronomy tower fifteen minutes later, Ginny was surprised to already see Draco sitting in waiting. His arms resting on the bars that overlooked the beautiful school grounds, and his head resting on them.

Ginny could tell he was struggling to keep control of his emotions.

Silently walking over to him, Ginny wrapped her arms around his waist, her front pressed against his back, as Ginny felt him suck in a breath at the contact.

"You know, you look just as good from the back as you do the front." She smiled, as she felt his shoulders relax.

Turning around, Draco encased her waist in his arms and cracked a smile.

"How do you always know what to say?" He asked, as Ginny kissed his chest lightly.

As she herd his sigh, Ginny raised her head and looked into his eyes.

"I've missed you so much." He whispered, as his eyes began to turn glossy.

"So have I." She sighed, as her hands cupped his cheeks.

"I- I just don't want to go back home." He said, his voice breaking, "I don't want to take his orders. Father said The Dark Lord has plans for me- I, I can't- I won't." He breathed, before resting his head in the crook of her neck and sobbing into her Weasley jumper.

"Shhh. It'll all be okay." She tried to reassure him, but finding it hard to believe it herself, made her statement sound more like a question.

"No it won't." He sobbed, "He wants me to do bad things and I don't know if I can do them. Ginny, people are going to die because of me."

"Hey, look at me." She said, as she whipped the tears from his face. "I am going to do everything I can to help you, okay? Once the war is over we can go somewhere- just the two of us, and be together."

"But, but what if you die- or I die- or Voldemort wins-"

"Hey! Now you listen to me, Mr. We are going to get through this because we have something to fight for."

Before Draco could succumb to another wave of tears, Ginny crashed her lips onto his. Melting away all of Draco's doubts, he knew one thing for sure; he was going to fight with his last breath for Ginny Weasley because the burning sensation that blazed in his chest, was love.

Breaking the kiss, Ginny took his hand, as they sat down, allowing their feet to swing of the tower.

Ginny wondered if she should tell Draco about the DA- a group made before Ginny joined Slytherin. Maybe he could help them? Telling them of Voldemort's information and then sending it off to the Order? Ginny had not told anyone from Slytherin of it, and wondered if a little prejudice still lived inside her.

"I'm sorry I didn't win." Sighed Draco.

"Hey- quidditch is just a game." She smiled.

"Says the professional quidditch player." He smiled, as Ginny rolled her eyes.

"I should have been up there with you." She sighed.

"No. If I have to loose a few quidditch games to keep you safe- then I'd loose over and over again." He said, kissing her forehead, as he pulled her over to sit on his lap.

"You're sweet- you know that right?" She smiled, looking up to the night sky.

"Only for you." He said, kissing her neck lightly, "are you excited for Bill and Fluer's wedding?" He asked.

Feeling warm knowing he remembered her brothers name and his fiancé, Ginny shook her head.

"It's not everyday you get to invite Phlegm to the family."

"Hey, just give her a chance, yeah? So what she has a funny french accent and annoys you- she was one of the Tri-Wizard-Cup players, you know." Draco reasoned.

"I suppose- she is just so... girly at home- you'd never have guessed she risked her life like that."

"Just give her a chance. You'll be sisters in law soon." He smirked, earning a hard thump on his leg.

"Don't push my buttons." She warned.

Laughing, Draco wrapped his arms and legs around her, resting his head on her shoulder as they hugged.

"You'll be in your last year when we get back." Ginny smiled, trailing a finger along his hand.

"Yeah. King of the school." He said, leaving a hot trail of kisses along her neck and shoulder. "And you'll officially be back in Griffindor."

"I might like to be in Slytherin." Ginny opposed, swivelling around, so her legs wrapped around his hips.

"Gin, your only friend here is Pansy. We need to make sure everyone will be safe by restoring the natural way of life." He reasoned.

"But- I want to be with you." Ginny argued.

"Gin, we can't even be properly together as it is. Go back to Griffindor- it's for the best. I can still see you." He said softly, sliding his arms around her waist, as he played with the ends of her hair, "anyway- I'll probably be a Prefect and Head Boy, so I'll have my own common room... all to myself." He smirked, as Ginny tried to conceal her grin.

"I suppose. But we'll have to be extra careful." She finally agreed.

Kissing her lips, Draco whispered a thank you, before catching the time on his wrist watch.

"Listen, Gin. It's getting late. I wish we could stay up here forever, but we leave tomorrow." He spoke, as Ginny reluctantly nodded, standing up.

"Promise me you'll be okay." She said, helping him up, "promise me you'll tell me what's going on and everything that's on your mind. I can't do anything physically so please talk to me when you get back." She pleaded.

"Of course Gin. Talking with you saves my sanity- you help me more than you know." He smiled, kissing her forehead.

"Thank you." She whispered.

Just as they were about to leave the tower, the doors burst open, as a drunk Luna and Neville staggered in.

"Oh hello Ginny." Luna said in a dreamy voice.

Looking around, Ginny realised Draco had vanished out of sight. Sighing Ginny turned back to her friends.

"Let's get you to bed shall we?"
