"jimin-ah! something came in the mail for you." taehyung brought the fairly large package into the dorm.
the older one stepped out of his room and peeked into the living room. "what? i didn't order anything." he pouted, scratching his head.
okay, maybe jimin didn't order anything - but taehyung did! he got it for his best friend.
the boy with that package smiled. "actually, i bought it for you. it's a present! you know how hard it was for me to keep it a secret?" he laughed, placing the package on the coffee table so he could find something to cut the take open.
jimin sat down on the couch, waiting for the younger one to come back. "you didn't have to get me anything, you know." a sheepishly smile formed on his lips.
"i know. but you'll like it! you've talked to me about it before." taehyung skipped back in the room and slit the tape with the exacto knife.
oh. the boy had realized what it was. "it's one of those play tents!" he pulled out the instructions, the front of the paper revealing how the tent would look like when it was finished.
the older one grabbed the instructions and flipped through the manual. "it looks pretty cool. i'm so embarrassed.. you didn't have to get this for me. i'm-" he chide yet couldn't finish his sentence before he covered his face with his hands. he couldn't believe that he'd gotten this for him. don't get him wrong he loved it already, but he felt a bit bad that the boy went out his way to buy this for him.
taehyung looked over his shoulder and grinned. "no! don't be embarrassed! i got it because i know it'll make you happy! do you want to build it right now or later?" he grabbed onto jimin's hands, swinging them side to side.
he peeked over to the tent one more time. jimin really didn't want to right now. it seemed right to do it when he was in little space. "not today. maybe later in the week, i'll tell you when. thank you though!" jimin beamed and gave the younger one a tight hug.
the boy nodded. he respected jimin's decision.

a couple days past and now seemed the perfect time as jimin kept nudging the younger to build the tent with him. "daddy! can we make it now? 's gonna be cute!" the little one chirped, tugging on the younger one's long sleeve.
taehyung glared over to the shorter boy. he blinked at him, making jimin cock an eyebrow. "okay! where do you want it? we can place it in your room, the living room, play room..." the younger one lifted him up from the ground and into his arms.
jimin rested his head on his shoulder, a small hum escaping past his lips. "mmm. minnie's 'oom." he hummed. his daddy nodded and placed his hand on the boy's back, lightly rubbing circles.
