I'm His Girlfriend

He looked at her hand for a while, he bit his lip and grabbed it. Not wanting to live in regret anymore. They sat on the couch in the living room, in silence.

"Why do you want to be friends?" He asked his eyes looking everywhere but at her. She smiled a little and stood up. She looked around the house, looking at pictures and decorations. She picked one up.

"Because, you are new. You don't pretend." She sat it down in the same spot. She walked behind him. He looked down and started to play with his hands.

"I hate people who pretend. You believe you cause problems, maybe, but I am curious. When I get that way I stick around until I figure it out. But you look lonely, I might stay longer." She smirked and walked around and sat by him.

She got closer and started to play with his hair a bit. He didn't move.

"Why stay if it breaks your rules?" He asked and held her hand.

"Because you want to be seen, I can do that. What's your name?" She pulled her hand out of his grip. He turned to face her.

"Adonis. What's yours?" She smiled at his name.

"Aviana. Anyways, I'm bored and lonely. I want to have someone to play with." She smirked, he frowned.

"I am not some toy, I don't need you. You can find someone else to play your game." He stood up, and pointed to the door.

"I think you should leave." He held the door open, she stood up and walked as slowly as she could.

"You know where to find me when you change your mind." She smirked and touched his face, he pulled away. She smiled and walked out. He let go of the breath he held.

The next day at school, she wore a black dress. He couldn't stop looking at her when she passed him the hallway. The new kid never left him alone and would make sure he was in the spotlight like he said he would do.

See fairy tales aren't always good, not all have a happy story line. Adonis's story is one of those stories. His curse entailed a list of things to hurt him and everyone around him. Let's list off some of them.

 1: Beauty that makes people jealous 

2:Horrible luck 

3: He makes people see the worst in themselves(pride, greed, lust, envy, wrath, gluttony, and sloth) because of this people hate him. 

4: People forget him very easily but remember him enough

His father, Aviana and the new kid are the only people who remember him. New kid hates him, Aviana is fascinated by him, and his father loves him but has a hard time showing it.

The new kids spotted Adonis looking at Aviana again and went over to talk to her.

"Hey, you!" She stopped and turned around, he smiled and walked over to her.

"Oh, it's you." She plainly stated and turned around about to walk away but he ran in front of her and put his hands on both of her arms.

"You are actually pretty! What's your name?" He smirked and closed some of the space in between them.  She smirked.

"Have you ever heard of the seven sins?" She asked taking a step forward herself.

"The what?" He asked also taking a step.

"It's the sins that send you to hell, Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Greed, Lust, Sloth and last but not least Wrath. Which one do you think I struggle with?" She smiled and kneed him in his no-no spot. He fell over in pain, his hands covering the area she kneed.
