He was looking at her, hurt with how this was going to end. She was feeling like the bad guy.

"I'm sorry, Adonis. You deserve the best." He sarcastically chuckled.

"If I deserve the best, then why can't I have you?" He stood up and walked out of the room. He slammed the door behind him, the noise it made, made her jump.

She heard him walk into his father's room, they started to yell at each other. He blamed his father for her wanting to leave. He was yelling at his son to man up and admit that it wasn't his fault. He also yelled at him for treating Aviana that way. She didn't want to stay around to hear how it would end. After the door closed behind her, Adonis stopped fighting with his father to run after her.

He caught up to her before she left.

"Aviana, let's talk! Please, I don't want to end things like this! I'm sorry for acting like a jerk, but I don't want to lose you! I've lost people before, I've hurt before and for the first time ever, I felt like I could have someone! Like I could be normal, and in love! I don't want to break your heart like this. I don't want to break your heart!" The neighbors heard all the yelling and watched them. Some were telling her to take him back others not to.

"Adonis, no matter how we end things, we will always have to end them. We can't be together. I know you've thought up a million and one ways for  us to stay together but they all lead to one ending. Us not being together." She whispered so the neighbors wouldn't hear.

"You really don't want to at least try? You said you loved me!" He yelled pointing to himself, she yelled back.

"That's why I'm letting you go, you idiot!" She cried, he stopped being mad and walked over to her. He tried to hug her but she pushed him away once more his anger came back.

"No, you're running away! How are you so sure that's how things will end, huh? Even if they do end that way, at least we tried. Aviana, say the words and I will follow you anywhere. Why won't you say the words? I know you've thought about it, me coming with you. So why won't you say those words?" He cried some more, she tried to keep her tears in. She bit her lip and turned around, she started her way to her car.

He stopped her.

"I've told you before, I might let go of you physically but I will never let go of you." She turned around and in the blink of the eye, was in his arms.

"If I say those words, you lose your father. Adonis, I would never want that to happen. I want you to live your own life. To decide what happens to you. I'll let you choose, to go or stay." She let go of him, he froze.

"That's what I thought. My love, let this be goodbye and let me go." She held his face for a moment.

"No, it will never be good. I lost you." He turned around but a neighbor yelled something to him.

"If you let her go now, will you regret it later?" He froze, he thought about everything that she'd done for him. Every moment they shared and words they spoke or yelled to one another.

"No." He continued to walk. She held in her tears and got in her car.

"Ya idiot!" The same neighbor yelled.

After that day they never saw each other, even when it was time for her to leave. Not one moment did he not regret saying those last words. But as a last goodbye she left a letter to him.

It reads....

My dear Adonis,

Our time was short but sweet in many moments. As a last goodbye, I have made you a list of things you will need to do in order to get rid of all the sins you've taken in. They are listed on the backside. Treat them with the most respect and sincerity or they won't work. They might take away your memories as well as everyone else who has been in contact with you that doesn't have a curse.

I will forever be in your dept.

                                                                             Love,

                                                                                             Aviana

He read the letter, no tears. No emotion, at all. He gave the letter to his father and told him to get the stuff ready.

Aviana was in London, England. And very happy, she got to spend lot's of time with her father and met someone new.  She felt reborn, just as he should.

Her father ended up having to send her back to her apartment though, she had to sell it and so she had to clean it and make sure she didn't leave anything. He went with her and they cleaned together. After making sure everything was ready they went out to eat.

"Know any good places?" He asked, they were holding hands and talking.

"Yeah just down the street. I've only be there once but the food was good." They walked past Adonis on the street but he didn't look at her nor did she look at him. Well, she didn't see him but he saw her.

"Hey wait, I want to send some photos to your father!" He stopped her, she laughed and turned around.

"Okay pose!" He smiled, his phone in his hand ready to take a picture. But when she looked at him she saw Adonis. Her smile dropped and she grabbed his hand.

"I have a better idea, let's go inside to take them." She pulled his hand and lead him in.

Aviana ignored seeing Adonis and kept her attention on him. Adonis walked home and spent the night studying for his morning class. He was in college and had high hopes of becoming a doctor like his father. His father wanted him to do whatever made him happy and was supporting him as much as he could.
