My heart kept beating, after what Luca just told me. I wasn't ready to lose her nor was I ready to be with her...

"She's fine, but she won't be awake for awhile. May I know who is her guardian?" The nurse asked, I turned to Luca. He looked to him and nodded.

"I am." His voice wasn't loud, he looked worried for some reason. He then turned to me.

"Adonis, take care of her, till I get back." I nodded and he left with the nurse. I sat back down, I wanted to go in but I couldn't. He felt like it was his fault but I felt like it was mine.

After an hour I went in. She was asleep, her breathing was slow. I saw her chest rise and fall, I knew then that she was alive. She fought for her life and won. I sat in a chair that was near the bed. I watched her sleep. I waited for Luca to come back, but he never did.

Days later I was still taking care of her, she's been awake for a few days now. Everyday she asks for him. Every day I tell her, I don't know when he'll be back. And everyday she cries. She eats slowly, not like how she used to. She's lost to[ much weight. I'm worried but she won't listen to me. Luca's still gone. And it's like she doesn't want to eat because of it.

"I'm going to get some food. I'll be back later." I told her, but she just looked out the window. I nodded to myself and left. As I was walking down the hallway, I saw Luca.

He saw me and walked up to me. I punched him, I was pissed.

"Where the hell were you?" I yelled, everyone turned to us. He looked down, his hand was touching  his lip. He looked up, he looked like shit.

"I had things I had to do." He whispered, I then noticed his black eye and a cut on his cheek. He looked like he went through hell and just came back.

"What the hell?" I whispered to myself, he turned to the door I just closed. He sighed and gave me a note.

"Give this to her, for me please?" He asked and turned around, I grabbed his arm.

"Like hell! She's been waiting for you, ya dick! Get in there." I opened the door and shoved him in the room. She turned to see who came in. Tears started to come out of her eyes. He was staring at the ground, covering his face.

"Luca!" She cried out, but he wouldn't look at her. She cried.

"Luca? What's wrong?" He wouldn't look up. I was by him and all I could see were tears rolling down his face to his chin. When I saw them, and they fell to the ground. He looked up a bit, but it was enough to see his cut and his eye. Aviana gasped and covered her mouth. He scoffed a bit. It wasn't a rude one though, it felt like he was trying to hold in emotions he couldn't. I watched all this and she didn't even see me.

"I have to go." He whispered, but the room was silent so we could hear him.

Aviana sat up, the pain was noticeable but I don't move. It looked like he saw it to, his face turned into a painful frown. I know that look, the look someone gets when the one you love is in pain because of them. I had that look, when I said those things that night and left her.

"Aviana don't." His voice was louder. She kept trying to sit up though.

"Damn it, Aviana!" He yelled and ran to her side. He helped her sit up.

"Why don't you ever listen to me?" He cried a bit, she looked at his face. Her hand on his cheek, tears rolled down her face.

"I know, I'm sorry. It's all my fault." She whispered to him, he cried louder.

"Did he do this to you?" She asked, he nodded.

"Only the cut. The rest I did. I- Aviana, I'm not taking care of you. You need to stay with Adonis." I felt his words. The pain in them, she turned to me. I shook my head.
