The rest of the night Luca stayed in his room.  Aviana felt responsible, and tried to talk to him but he wouldn't reply. After trying for a while she gave up.

She found herself in Adonis's room. He was playing video games, once more trying to think about things.

"What's on your mind?" He asked, he turned his head to her but kept his eyes on the screen.

"Luca, he's acting weird." She sighed and laid down.

"He's always weird, but I see your point. After I got him, he sat still in the car. He didn't talk at all."

"That's not like him, unless he's very busy. You know I was in the living room, cleaning and I heard him talking to himself. I wonder if some things happening but he's not telling us."

"He was asleep when I got him, he seemed to be shaken up but didn't talk about it. Oh! How did the cleaning go?" Adonis asked, his eyes still on the screen.

"It was cleaning, I finished the living room just as you got Luca. I had to work on the kitchen and Lee's place after. It was tiring."

"I'm sure it was. James birthday is coming up this weekend, should I get him anything?"

"No, he's not like that. If you're there he'll be pleased." Adonis nodded.

"So, has Luca talked to you at all?" Adonis asked.

"No, he won't. He told me that he didn't want to mess us up but he's already doing that. Why won't he talk to me?" She sighed, her frustration showing.

"Wait, maybe he can't? You remember what he told us? He can hear things we can't, that angel can take over his body. Maybe that's what's going on?" Adonis paused his game and turned to her.

"That makes sense, if he's not himself by tomorrow we'll ask him. It might be something else." He nodded, she stood up.

"I have to bring Lee her dinner." She left after saying bye to Adonis.

Luck happens in three ways, someone gives it to you. You get it by being good, or you were unfairly written. Those written wrong, have more luck than others once the gods realize it. We, all believe in something. Whether it's god or gods. Or nothing, you believe that. Or you believe in someone or something. Believing can be good, but used wrong will only cause destruction.

Adonis thought about something and walked to Luca's room. He knocked slightly and opened the door. He looked inside of the room, his eyes scanning it. The light creeped in, enough for Adonis to see. He looked at Luca, he saw something. He wasn't sure of what it was and got closer to Luca. He was squinting his eyes. Every step seemed to drag him down, he felt a weight. He kept walking until he got to Luca.

"If this works, it'll mean you'll be free." Adonis' eyes glowed for a bit and then turned black. A smile on his face.

"Dear, child, no fear will end you. No light can be kept away, with faith. Light wins against the dark. When the sun rises again, may you rise with it." Adonis' voice was deep and not really his own. A small smile on his face, a comforting one. He laid his hand on Luca's face ever gently. Luca's eyes opened, he sat up. Adonis kept his hand on Luca's forehead. Luca started to fight against it.

"What are you going Adonis? Get your hand off me!" He tried to pull Adonis' hand off but he couldn't move it, not even a bit.

"When you believe, you learn. When you doubt you fall, and when you fall you have but one chance to learn to fly again." Adonis spoke one more.

"What are you talking about?"

"I will teach you, I will show you. Learn to soar, learn to fall." Adonis shoved Luca's head back and once his head hit the pillow, he fell asleep. Adonis walked around Luca's bed.

"Follow my words, as closely as you may. Follow them into the dark, and never look back. May you learn from falling. Luca Pilieo Rillin, now is the time for you to fall. But fall with grace."

.......

His words started to echo, my eyes felt shut closed and I could only follow his voice. Stumbling until I felt the ground beneath my feet disappear. I screamed, I tried to grab onto something but nothing was there to grab. I was falling, and couldn't see anything. Until I felt something grabbed me.

"When you fall, you have but one chance to fly again." Adonis's voice came back, and then he let go of me again.

"No! Adonis!" I yelled desperately, still trying to grab something. Anything, I ripped my eyes open. Blood falling from my eyes, like tears. The pain from the skin was horrible and I couldn't think about anything else. The skin, around my eyes now gone.

"When you hurt, I heal. When you fall, you learn. And when you die, you choose." I saw him walking closer to me.

"Who are you?" I backed up, he was smiling.

"I am an angel. You are Luca Pilieo Rillin, this body is Adonis Moore. And this place is where we bring those damned to Hell. I would like to show you around." He pointed with his hand to the right of him. I turned to my left, it was nothing. The black still there, my eyes were open this time but it still was dark.

"We bring those who believe the worst of themselves, and choose to go Hell. You, Luca choose this. When you die for the third time, you won't come back. This is where you'll come. Like many before you." I walked up to him.

"I belong here because of my curse not because I want to!" I yelled in his face, some spit coming out and landing on his.

"Is that so?" He turned around and started to walk into the darkness some more, I followed so I wouldn't be alone.

"Never have we ever had a case of yours before, you are different because of your stupidity and arrogance. You have always had a choice, to fight or to listen to her. Her words have dug holes into your life and implanted this foolish belief the when you die you will come here." He spun around with his arms open.

"You Luca, have always had the chance to fight. But you have given up. The thought that she has more power over you when she is nothing but a spirit. When they become alive they a have curse, one far worse than yours. Fear not, hers has taken place and yours will soon go unless you don't want it to. You have until the end of the month to decide, I wish you." I started to fall again but this time I froze. No longer fighting, against something I couldn't win against.

The Hell was over, and my eyes opened to see Adonis standing over me.

"You're awake, that's good. I was worried for a minute there. I thought you died." He joked, but my face showed that I wasn't happy.

"I didn't die. But I was given a choice, I don't know if it's a good one though." I looked up to him.

"If it saves you, then do it."

"No, it won't." I frowned, he looked at me closer.

"I'll trust you on that. But don't lie to me, Luca." I nodded, I glanced behind him.

"May death reach you, Hilo." I smirked, he glared at me.

"Who are you talking to?" Adonis asked, I looked to him and shook my head.

"Just remembering something." I smiled to him, but my eyes went back to his shadow. I stood up.

"I'm hungry." He nodded and helped me into the kitchen.
