*Smut warning* (Although I forgot to warn in the last chapter)

At seven, Pepper brought in the outfit Tony instructed, and left it at the end of the bed. As she was leaving, the doctor came up and knocked loudly on the door.

Emily bolted awake and clutched at her chest. Once she caught her breath she stood and walked up to the door and opened it. "Yes?"

"I was told to discuss the prisoners MRI results with you?" He asked, clearly not happy about treating Loki.

She sighed inwardly and stepped just outside of the door, making sure he could see her through the window if he woke. "Please don't call him that," Emily said as she crossed her arms. "What are the results?"

"The wound itself is healing well enough, but the damage extends down to his knee. I will be ordering PT starting tomorrow, and depending on his progress, a second surgery might be necessary." He explained matter of factly.

Emily nodded. "When should he try standing and walking?"

"He needs to start moving around more now, but his leg will not support him. I will have a good brace and walker ordered and fitted by tomorrow morning." He answered..

"I'll see if he wants to try and sit up on his own tonight. Thanks for letting me know, and I will do my best to help him." She looked through the window of the door to see he was still asleep. "He still has a catheter. I assume that can be removed tomorrow morning."

"No, it can be removed once he can get to the bathroom consistently. I would suggest you have him make the walk a few times when he doesn't need to go. If he can handle it, the catheter will be removed." He looked over Loki's chart real quick. "Any other questions?"

"I've told Mr. Stark, but he's having recurring headaches," Emily stated. "It only happens when he thinks of certain things and I believe it's due to his memory being altered. Are we doing anything for that yet?"

"That is not my specialty, so you will need to talk to Stark about finding someone who is. What makes you think his memory was altered, verses simply not remembering the trauma?" He asked curiously.

"Me and Mr. Stark looked at his brain scans," Emily answered. "The trauma shows a lot of scar tissue."

"That could just mean he suffered old injuries. Have you asked him about other head injuries?" He asked, starting to show some interest in the case.

She shook her head. "No, I haven't. But every time he tries to remember what happened to him his head hurts. I also mentioned the invasion and he had no clue about it. So I tried to show him what happened in Germany. The response was almost instant as soon as he started watching it and doubled over in pain."

"I am on my way to deliver my reports to Stark right now and I will suggest a colleague of mine that might be able to help with the memory issues." He promised Emily, then set the chart down and walked away.

Emily sighed, then walked back in the room and grabbed the outfit. "Tony has nice taste," she said with a smile, then walked into the bathroom to change.

Loki woke and stayed quiet. He had heard the bathroom door close, so he patiently waited for Emily to come back into the room.

When she returned she wore a black camisole and tight jeans. Emily walked across the room and retrieved her knee length sweater and pulled it on. "Hey sleepy head, how do you feel?"

He glanced at her from head to toe, then shrugged. "Sore and hungry. I still want to go home..."

"I know you do, and we're working towards that. Do you want me to order you something?" She asked. "I'm going to visit Tony for a few hours but I'm not staying the night."
