In the morning, Emily groaned as the sun streamed into the bedroom. She turned and buried her head against Loki's bare chest, enjoying the feel of the sheets against her naked body. "I don't want to get up," she grumbled sleepily.

"Then don't." Loki mumbled in reply, not wanting to fully wake up. He held Emily closer, trying to keep her in bed with him.

She chuckled softly as she ran one hand down his back, to his hip, then his thigh. "When did you strip?" She asked lazily.

"I don't know. I have a habit of taking my clothes off in my sleep, if I get too warm." Loki chuckled. "I hope you don't mind." He teased.

"I don't," she replied softly as she snuggled tighter against him. "I like it."

"Do you have to go to the office again today?" Loki asked, almost hoping they could spend all day in bed together.

"If Tony calls me in on a Saturday, I'll kill him," Emily mumbled in reply.

"Would it be bad for him to call you in?" Loki asked, not knowing the Midgardian days of the week.

"Saturdays and Sundays are considered the weekend. People normally don't work on those days unless the profession calls for it," she explained.

"Does your profession call for weekends off?" Loki asked, then stretched.

Emily smiled and ran her lips along his collarbone, enjoying the way his body felt against hers. "Yes, it does."

"Does this mean we can spend the day together?" Loki asked hopefully.

Emily nodded, still half asleep. "Two whole days."

"Can we go for a walk together later?" Loki asked, still wanting to stretch his legs.

"That sounds nice... maybe make it a date?" She asked softly.

"No, I can't agree to that. Our first official date will be nicer than just a walk." Loki chuckled, already thinking about what he could plan in his current situation.

"It doesn't have to be fancy," Emily replied as she looked up to meet his eyes.

"Perhaps not, but a walk isn't what I want for our first date. I will plan something nicer. I have too much free time when you're working." Loki chuckled.

She smiled and placed a kiss to his collarbone, then trailed kisses up to his neck. "What do you want for breakfast?"

"I want the pancake things, if there's any. I'm not sure if Mary got more stuff to make them." Loki replied while he ran one hand along her back.

Emily propped herself up so she could see Loki's face. "I'm not sure if she did either, but I can look. We may need a grocery run soon."

"Can I go with you, if we need to get things?" Loki asked, not wanting to be alone again.

"Of course. I don't mind if you come with me." She smiled down at him, then bent to capture his lips.

Loki pulled her into a slow, lasting kiss. "Can I help you warm breakfast up?" he asked softly.

"What if I asked you to warm me up first?" She asked playfully.

"I guess I would turn up the heat first." Loki answered with a grin.

Emily smirked and placed a lingering kiss to his lips, then kissed his jaw. "I can't seem to stop kissing you."

"I don't want you to stop." Loki said with a sigh, pulling her flush against him.

Emily captured his lips once more, then ran her tongue along his bottom lip. "Then that's a good thing."

Loki ran his hand along Emily's side, then down to her hips before moving to cup her ass cheek. "You are beautiful and amazing."
