I'm not doing the battle for this one but I think you might like what I have in store. Other wise enjoy reading.

Approximately 2 hours before-

While the two continued to walk, a small memory popped up in her mind.
"Oh that's right I have to take out Anne for ice cream! Would you like to come too?" She asked the delinquent beside her with Star filled eyes, hoping he would say yes. Anything really.

He made a gruff noise that could be taken as a yes or no, but at the mention of ice cream Star Platinum appeared behind his a bit with curious eyes.

"Yeah." He calmly stated, a half smile appearing on his usually stoic face. "Alright. It'd be nice to hang out with you for a bit. The times we really talk are when we're looking for stand users." She giggled, the male beside her tugging his hat down.

He was a bit embarrassed, one being he didn't know how to talk to her. He was grateful that she would be the one to initiate a conversation, sometimes he could keep it going; but no longer than 2 minutes. Second, he didn't really know her. Well, the basic things. She traveled quite frequently, she's a strong opponent, skilled and quick minded, graceful and elegant, extremely intelligent, and she was beautiful.

Yes.. she was beautiful, gorgeous even. In his eyes she was prettier than a rose in a garden full of the best flowers anyone could lay their eyes on.

"Nori." He calmly called her name, the red haired teen beside him turning her eyes towards him. Amethyst meeting aquamarine.

Feeling some sort of reason to ask he said,
'When's your birthday?'. He searched her, waiting for an answer.

"July the 28th. I'm 16 now." She chuckled tucking a loose strand of her long hair behind her ear.

"July the 28th huh?" He thought to himself.

"When's your birthday Jotaro?" She asked a small smile gracing her already pretty features.

He blinked a few times, the man spacing out forgetting his own birthday. "January 5th." He responded finally, with a bit of a bored tone.

"She gave him a smile before bursting into quiet laughter. All of a sudden her eyes grew wide as she grinned widely. "Wait that's coming up soon! We've only been here for perhaps two weeks but still! When this is all over we have to celebrate!" She paused seeing the taller male was unresponsive to her suggestion. "Or... not.. it's your choice of course." She whispered quietly.

"No, I like that idea. When this shits over I'll be there to celebrate yours too." He gave her a simple look, his voice monotone.

"Really?" She gave him a shocked look. Nobody had ever been there to celebrate her birthday, let alone family members. She was elated, her heart beating loudly in her chest. "Promise me." She stopped in the middle of the hallway her hand on her hip as she held her hand out. "Promise me were going to celebrate." She gave him a smile, her eyes showing pure glints of happiness.

"Good grief." He responded, the male tilted his hat as he shook her hand. Their promise was sealed.

They stood in front of their now shared Hotel room, Kakyoin knocked on the door. She stood a bit away hoping that Anne was awake or unharmed.

The girl unlocked the door hesitantly. Seeing it was Jotaro and Kakyoin standing in the doorway, her worries went away in a moment as she gave the two teens her brightest smile.
