Y/n's POV

Warm sunlight brushed across my face.

I groaned and rolled over, pulling the blanket higher over my shoulder.

At least...

I thought it was a blanket.

My eyes opened slowly.

Blue sky.

White clouds.

Tall grass swaying gently in the breeze.

I blinked.

Once.

Twice.

Then immediately sat upright.

"What the heck?"

The words escaped before I could stop them.

This wasn't my room.

There was no bed.

No walls.

No desk.

No computer.

Just an endless stretch of open meadow illuminated by the morning sun.

For a few seconds I simply stared.

Waiting.

Surely my brain would catch up.

Surely there was an explanation.

Maybe I was still asleep.

Maybe this was one of those dreams that felt incredibly realistic.

Maybe I had somehow sleepwalked into the middle of nowhere.

Actually...

No.

That last one was definitely impossible.

I stood up slowly, brushing grass off my clothes.

The first thing I noticed was how strange everything looked.

Not wrong.

Just...

Blocky.

The grass.

The trees.

The clouds.

Even the distant hills looked like giant cubes stacked on top of each other.

A nervous laugh escaped me.

"Nope."

I pointed at the nearest tree.

"Nope."

Then at the clouds.

"Absolutely not."

My stomach dropped.

Because I knew exactly what this looked like.

Minecraft.

The entire world looked like Minecraft.

I spun in a slow circle.

Nothing changed.

No hidden camera.

No film crew.

No explanation.

Just endless blocks stretching toward the horizon.

"HELLO?"

My voice echoed across the meadow.

No response.
