She-Ra: Redemption

chapter 15

"Catra! Great your here, I heard there some bandit activity along the borders of Pulmeria. Since Perfuma is busy why don't take care of it!" Frosta says as she mimics fighting someone.

Catra sitting at her desk in the fright zone let's out a sigh.

" Just send some bots to take care of it." Catra says waving her off

"Aw come on, besides I hear you've been working all day! Don't you think it's time for you to take a break." Frosta says trying to use her puppy dog eyes.

Catra puts down her pen and thinks back on what Perfuma and her talked about a month ago.

"Fine, I could use this to blow off some steam." Catra says as electricity crackles in her eyes.

"Yes! Race you there!" Frosta says running to Catras balcony and jumping off.

Frosta using her ice powers she makes a ramp down. Catra is shocked for couple seconds before she starts running the electricity through her body enhancing her speed. She then leaps out the window, seconds before hitting the ground she turns to into shadows scattering across the ground. At the same time Frosta reachs the ground stopping and looking at where Catra landed and begins to worry just as the shadows reform into Catra and with lighting slithering across her body she takes off at blinding speed.

Not wanting to be out done Frosta focuses her ice blasts to her feet launching towards Catra. As they race going outside the fright zone with Catra being ahead frosta grins and launches and ice shard at a nearby tree knocking down ahead of Catra's path.
Surprised Catra leaps back and Frosta takes the lead.

"That's cheating! Dammit why didn't I think of that!" Catra says

She nimbly leaps over over the tree and begins leaping from tree to tree. She slowly begins to creep up.

" i guess I'll have to use my new ability!" Catra says sinking into a nearby shadow and  seconds later appearing from Frosta's shadow.

She quickly uses her foot to kick of Frostas shoulder and races ahead. Frosta tries to move forward suddenly stops. She looks down to see her own shadow holding her legs. Annoyed she blasts the shadow and it disappears back to a regular shadow.

As they race Plumeria comes into view and Frosta freezes catras feet but this time Catra senses it and quickly dodges to the side. Catra grinning sends a small ball of lighting to Frosta which she blocks by making an ice shield.

Catra reaching the Plumeria border shouts
"I win!"

Frosta catches up laughing and breathing hard.

"Wow that was so fun, also how did you know I was aiming for your feet? What was that shadow power you did? Also i have like a million questions for you." Frosta says Energeticly

"It was fun but how about we deal with the bandits first. Then we can take a break chat." Catra says

"Deal!" Frosta says

The Two travel along the border until they stumble across a group of people attacking a caravan.

"Looks like we came at the right time." Frosta shouts as she makes a ramp leading up above them.

She then jumps down, using her power she forms dozens of ince shards and sends them at the enemy.

Catra not wanting to be out done enhances her speed and strength while appearing behind one of the bandits.

The dozen bandits are easily defeated, no match for catras speed and strength or Forstas barrage of Ice shards.

Catra using her shadows binds all twelve bandits together. She stands before their leader on his knes and starts arcing lighting across her claws.
