King Micah sits on his throne patiently listening to his hands reports. As the reports seem endless the doors open and walks Castaspella with two people in robes presumably mage escorts. Seeing his sister he raises his hand to halt his hand from speaking.

"Sister! What a surprise I heard you were rebuilding Msytacor." King Micah says

"Brother, while it is true that I've been busy rebuilding the damage wasn't as bad as other cities. We managed to stay under the radar during the war. A legion managed to find us but they dealt minimal damage. But that's not what come for today. Could we speak alone?" She asks

"Of course, leave us." He says waving off everyone in the room.

"So what is it you wanted to talk me about?"

King Micah says his voice growing in volume as he looks down upon her.
Castaspella knees before him and says

"King of wrinkles and bad hair would you get off your lazy bum and come hug your sister?" Castaspella says looking up with a grin.

King Micah's stern face softens as he starts laughing. He quickly walks up to her and gives her hug.

"By the way bad hair? You must have poor taste I'm told my hair is what the kids call hip." He says laughing

"Of course they would tell you that your the king! This is why you must be thankful I'm here for I can tell you honestly your hair is terrible. Only Angella would find that hair pleasing to the eyes." Castaspella says

"Yes Angie did always give me nothing but love." King Micah says his mind filling with nostalgia.

His once bright face shifts to one of remembrance and somewhat sad.

"Ah I'm sorry I got carried away." Castaspella says after seeing his reaction.

"No no I'm not saddened by her name for she's not truly gone. She's just not here right now." He says with a small smile.

"Well said, now for what I came here for. Although you probably already know but I say again I cannot approve the use of mages in this way."

"Normally I would agree with you but these are not your people. They are mine or morr specifically they are Catra's. Originally Msytacor's mages were supposed to be apart of the mage corps that I am making. But because you disapproved it didn't happen." He says his voice turning serious.

" Indeed Msytacor has always remained neutral. Mystacor has and always will be a place for sorcerers seeking knowledge. We are not soldiers, so you can imagine my surprise when the former headmaster agreeing that sorcerers should be used in battle. I am all for defending Etheria. But I will not stand for us actively practicing in wars." She says her voice matching his.

"That was in the past, Etheria is evolving and the only reason mystacor isn't being forced into complying is because I convinced Catra otherwise. So instead of arguing with me you should be thanking me. Instead of forcing your people into fighting am I taking volunteers and training them." King Micah shouts.

"That brings up another cause for concern! Catra has far to much power! Not only was she our enemy in the past but she seems to only want war!" Castaspella shouts back.

"If you would ever come to a meeting and at least listen you would understand that she only desires to keep Etheria safe!" He shouts  angry showing in his voice.

"Oh I understand! If this goes on we'll have only replaced one tyrant with another! How are you okay with that!" Castaspella says

King Micah grits his teeth and shouts
