It is a very cold night with the wind howling and snow blasting in all directions. In a forest out in the middle of nowhere there is a baby laying on the ground with a small cloth to cover it as it bleeds out into the snow. The baby also had black weights on their arms and legs, like someone wanted them not to be able to escape. The baby wasn't making a sound, just staring ahead with a blank face at a demon eating another person. They could see the head be pressurized enough to explode and their organs being eaten slowly. They didn't even cry or was even afraid in the slightest. After a while of watching the demon eat the person and leave did the child move. They slowly crawled over to the dead person and looked at them. Somehow she knew they should try to cover the body, so she tried throwing some snow on top of it. After a very bad burial, she dragged the leftover sword down the mountain. After getting tired halfway down the mountain she slept with the sword by their side. She looked at the sky and looked at the stars that she could see.

When she woke up in the morning, she woke up to hear some people loudly making some type of noise. She looks around trying to get away from the noise. After hiding behind a tree, she peeks out of the side to get a look at the people.

"Hey, stop laughing at me!"

"HAHAHA, I can't, it's too funny!"

The child was confused at how they were making those noises and why they were moving like that. She tried mimicking them by standing with the help of the tree but ended up failing after a few seconds. After the people passed the child kept trying to stand. After a good hour of trying, she was able to stand but not walk. She gave up on walking and went back to crawling. She crawled down the rest of the mountain and made her way to a village. Once she got there, she headed towards a dark alleyway so that they could hide. After sitting there with the sword looking at the people passing by, she tried to learn anything that she could. At first, she tried to speak, but it just came out as a small noise. Even after a few hours of trying, she gave up. She had seen a few people walk by opening their mouths and closing them on something, so when something dropped that looked what the people ate she copied what she had seen. It was an apple; she had found out after hearing a man call it one. She slept that night feeling a little bit better.

When she woke up the next day, she tried standing again and was able to walk a little bit. She had worked on making her arms and legs stronger so that she would be able to walk around and learn more. She saw that most of the people walking past the alleyway had their mouths faced upwards and tried to copy it, but after a while, she stopped because it hurt. She had found a type of coin on the ground and tried to eat it. When she bit down on it, it hurt and she almost cried. She looked around to see if she could find out what the object was used for. This went on for a few years.

Now she is around 4 and she works at a jewelry shop. She is the delivery person. Her hair is to her shoulders and has a very cute face. She wears a black kimono with the gaiters that she never takes off. She was assigned to give a very rich family a set of earrings with a necklace and make it there before sunset because the original delivery person was sick. The sun was almost about to be gone, but she didn't want to lose her job so she ran. She ran as fast as she could. From a few years of running from muggers and the occasional demon, she had become a very fast person. She had just made it there on time. She had to run from one side of the village to another village in just 14 minutes. When she reaches the house, the people rudely open the door, take their jewelry, and shut the door. She was tempted to take out the sword and cut the door down to teach her some manners but she digressed. As she headed on her way back to the village, she smelled smoke. She ran as fast as she could to get there to see if the village was ok but it wasn't. The entire village was almost burned down completely, and everyone was dead. The worst part was there were only two demons. She could see them eating her boss and coworker. They were the only people to let her work and give her food at such a young age. She was pissed. She took out her sword that was soaked in wisteria after finding out that demons were hurt by it. She took advantage that the demon was eating and cut off its head. The demon next to it screamed at the girl.

"YOU, HOW?! WHY DO YOU HAVE NO PRESENCE?!"

She just walked over to the demon lifting up her head to reveal the galaxy eye and swiftly ran towards him and cut his head off.

"T-thank y-y-ou."

She faltered at those words coming out of the demon's mouth and turned around to look at his head. She saw he was crying tears of happiness and was confused but patted his head anyway and said, "I hope you don't have to suffer in the afterlife." After the village stopped burning she got a shovel and started digging. It took about 4 days of relentless work to bury everyone's remains in the village. Once she was done, she left the village and named herself (Y/n)(L/n). A certain looking crow flew into the distance.
