"Oh, I don't wish to fight dear. I want to talk."
I look at the demon with short, light brown hair wearing a doctor's outfit. I lower my weapon, but I don't put it away. I shift my weight onto my other leg.
"What exactly about? I would have thought your master's orders would be to fight upon contact, aren't I right?"
"Well yes, in a way you are correct. As correct as you are beautiful."
"Get to your point already," I say almost glaring at him.
He starts giggling and then it turns into pure psychotic laughing as he brings one of his hands up to his face, smiling like the Cheshire cat. "Hehe, darling, I need your help with this something. It's rather important, and something only you can do. In return, I will tell you anything you want with the utmost honesty."
"What does this something entail. If it relates in any way to harming an innocent person, I will cut you down here and now." I say sternly, as my face turns stoic.
"NO! No, nothing like that. I only care about you, you and your pretty eyeballs, but now you have gone and ruined them with that ugly face you made. I guess now I have to fight you, what a shame."
The doors snap shut along with the windows, and only one candle's glow lit the room. I lift my sword up and am ready to fight. I watch as the demon changes. His mouth opens, and an obscenely long tongue comes lolling out. His right eye changes and it splits into two irises. One red on top and green on the bottom.
"Well, I guess you should know me by something other than upper moon 6. Welcome (y/n), I am Daniel [DeVito] Dickens. (If you don't know he comes from the anime angels of death that is why the name doesn't fit the time period)
"I don't really care for your name unless it will be of use to me. You are not, not in the slightest."
The candle separating us is blown out, by who I don't know. We both stay still in the dark, neither of us moving to see who will break first. I get tired of his jokes, raise my foot, and slam it into the fake ground. It creaks loudly under the pressure before the support beam breaks and both of us are falling down the narrow opening.
"How, How did you know?!" The demon screams at me as we both keep falling, down, and down, farther, and farther.
[Just keep falling, just keep falling, just keep falling, falling, falling.]
"You are going to die at this rate!" He reminds me.
"No, I won't. He still needs me alive for his plan to work. I have nothing to fear from this drop. nothing at all." I state with pure confidence.
[For the beam to break so easily it would have been needed to have either been weakened or corroded. Wood while being sturdy is an easy choice, but it would easily be eroded by the water surrounding it after some time.]
As we get closer towards the bottom, I can faintly see the water. I close my eyes, cross my arms over my chest, and straighten my legs with my feet pointing down to the water. As my feet breach the water I change my nose to try and keep the water from going in after taking a deep breath. As I enter the water, a solid object was in the way and made a deep gash on the side of my arm.
The fall's weight leaves me in a temporary unconsciousness as I start to sink further into the water. The necklace filled with makeshift smelling salts I tied around my neck starts to float close to my face. The water reacts with the ammonia and strong-smelling things, the former was found in the fastest place where it is naturally found. The human bodies of the humans that met an unsightly end here. On the slight chance that I breathed through my nose, the smelling salt warked and I woke up.
I quickly breathed out the water and felt for which way the air bubbles went. I quickly followed them while hoping that I would make it there in time. I hit the solid object a few times as I swam upwards and grabbed onto it the second I breached the water. I coughed out whatever water was in my lungs as I greedily take large gasps of air. There were oil lamps lit, making a ring around the walls.
I pulled myself on top of the post. There were concrete columns underwater, most likely broken since they have jagged edges. There were around 7 of them, and they were surrounded by who knows deep waters. Six formed a misshapen hexagon and there was one in the center, the one with Daniel standing on it. I unsheathe the sword I previously did while we were falling and point it towards the demon.

I jump around him while avoiding the streams of scalpels that he throws towards me. I use the water to block any more oncoming attacks from coming through. I unsheath my other sword once the water fully encloses around him.
Breath of stars: Libra
I slice at him through the water cutting off one of his arms and cutting through half of his body. I duck under his arm that holds multiple scalpels in between his knuckles. I swing upwards with both swords, and he jumps back to avoid. I jump after him still swinging upwards and cut his in half. I spin around and slice both swords through his neck. When I see that he doesn't start to disintegrate, I jump away from the column that we were on. His body just stands there as his severed head floats in the water next to the column.
"HAHAHA! You make it hard to resist killing you!"He shouts out in pure glee.
"I would implore you to try, and while you are at it, go ahead and choke on my blood."
I jump and the closest column to his floating head and stab his eye. Although it goes through, there is a slight resistance. Once that doesn't come with destroying an eyeball. As I pull out my sword the synthetic eyeballs come out as well.
"A fake eyeball? Now, why would a demon with its amazing regenerative abilities need a synthetic eye for? Did you... not have one from when you were human?"
There was a pregnant silence between the both of us and I could tell that he was seething. His body that stood there was trembling in anger. I stayed in a kneeling position by the floating head that was now screaming out profanities.
Blood demon art: Stabbing paralysis
Eyeballs open, all staring straight at me. They appear on every single stone, staring straight at me. It starts from my feet, and then my legs. It feels as if there were multiple scalpels being stabbed through my body at various points. When I tried to jump away, towards another column my feet were stuck. I looked down and saw that my legs were covered in the eyeballs that surrounded the walls. I tried to move them, but they were stuck and the eyeballs kept appearing further up my body along with the stabbing pain.
As I was dealing with that Daniel, the demon picked up his head from the water and reattached it after grabbing the synthetic eyeball from my sword. As he stalked over towards my body his grin widened and yanked my chin upwards. Multiple scalpels in his hand lowered towards my eyes.
"I might not kill you, but I will be taking your eyes."
I snort," I would like to see you try. I'm pretty sure that you can't if your dead."
