MIGUELS POV-

During lunch-

I walked up to Hawk angry, he stood up, "hey man." He said and I looked at him. "I heard about what happened to Demetri. How could you do that?" I said disappointed.

His face had no emotion and he just looked at me, "you should thank me for getting revenge on miyagi-do." He said "and they started the fight. We finished it." He added and I rolled my eyes.

"That's not what sensei taught us." I said and he scoffed. "He's not my sensei anymore." Hawk said and I widened my eyes.

"After everything he did for you, you betray him?" I asked, "he betrayed us." He said and I rolled my eyes and took a deep breath.

"This isn't you talking. It's Kreese, he's got into your head, this is the reason why Harper will never get back with you, don't you see that? She held on for so long, and she may be saying she still is.. but honestly you lost her the second you chose cobra Kai over her." I said and his face was filled with rage.

"You can change.. maybe she'll forgive you for how shitty you have been to her. But first you need to Leave cobra Kai and join sensei's new dojo. Harper and I will both be there." I said "if you come others will follow. Ok? We can show everyone we're not the bullies" I said and he looked at me.

"It could be like before," I added, "he has a new dojo?" Hawk asked. "Hey, guys. Check this out. Standing around with a dick in his hand." Kyler said holding onto Demetri.

The whole cafeteria laughed and he sat down next to Harper and then grabbed a apple off her tray and left, storming out.

"So, these are your friends now?" I asked, Hawk went to talk, I turned and scoffed walking Away next to Harper.

HARPERS POV-

Miguel walked over and sat down next to me, "hey." I smiled and he didn't seem in a good mood. "Hey take it from me, he's a lost cause." I said over my earbuds.

Miguel looked at me with wide eyes, I stopped my music and he still stared at me, "what?" I asked, he turned his head to Hawk who heard me perfectly.

He scoffed and walked away, "great, I don't even care anymore. I'm done with him acting like I'm the bad guy. At this rate he is a lost cause!" I said annoyed and took a sip of my apple juice,

Me and Miguel stood at his locker and there was a knock on it, we both turned, "sensei?" Miguel asked. "How'd you get through security?" I asked, "I went to school here, think I don't know the secret ways in and out?" He said and I laughed,

Of course he knew them. He looked off in the distance. "Hey, got some good news." He said and we both looked at him waiting for his response.

"Found a pretty sweet spot for our new dojo." He said "yeah?" Miguel said with hopeful eyes. There's no way he found a good spot. He's broke. It's probably like a public park or something.

"How's the recruiting coming?" He asked, we both frowned at the sore subject. Miguel shut his locker and started walking to his class "that bad?" Johnny asked.

"It's just everything's changed, sensei" Miguel said "cobra Kai, they... they drank all the Kool-aid." Miguel said, "Kool-aid? What's wrong with Kool-aid?" Johnny asked,

"It's just... sensei Kreese is turning them into an army of assholes, there's no convincing them to leave" Miguel said. "Thankfully I got out of there before I became one, Hawk almost killed brucks and I was gone." I said and Johnny looked at me with wide eyes.

"Yeah, it was scary." I said and he returned back to Miguel's statement. He looked over and saw all the cobra kais circled around. "Wait here" he said and started walking towards them.

I didn't stop and followed him all the way up to them. Me and Miguel stool on either side of Johnny.

"Ok, listen up." Johnny yelled, and they all turned to see him. Hawk looked at me and I looked away, back to Miguel.

Johnny paused for a Minute thinking of what to say, "I screwed up, and I'm sorry" he said, Johnny Lawrence saying sorry? Was he feeling alright?

"I made it about me. and that's not what a sensei does. I took the easy way out. I gave up. What happened here At this school..." he said taking a break to look back at me and Miguel,

"...It rocked me to my core. I couldn't look myself in the eye, let alone face all of you." He said and Hawk walked a couple steps forward about 6 feet away from Johnny.

"Yeah, I guess it makes it easier to tell yourself that. But the truth is, you bailed on us long before that fight happened. You got soft, all three of you. And we paid the price." Hawk said and Johnny walked up being inches away from him.

"You listen up." Johnny said pointing at Hawk, "when you came into MY dojo, you were softer then a baby's ass, I MADE you what you are, NOT Kreese. He doesn't give a shit about you. About any of you! If you wanna whine about the past like a bunch of pussies, fine. We can play that game, Wanna stick with Kreese? Go ahead. Don't say I didn't warn you when your life ends up in the shitter. Or you could sack up and join my dojo." Johnny said

Hawk looked around for a second then back at Johnny. "Havenhurt and magnolia, tomorrow at 4:00. If you wanna save yourselves, train the right way... you better be there." Johnny said and turned around walking away.

"And don't be late!" He yelled. Then some kid came walking by with books in his hand, Johnny slapped the books on the ground. "Sorry, kid. Old habit" he said making me laugh.

Me and Miguel smiled at each other and hugged. "This is gonna happen." I said and he nodded, "hopefully sensei's gotta good name." He said and I nodded as we walked to class.

I turned back to see Hawk, standing alone. "I'll be right back." I said and turned around facing Hawk, "Harper. Be smart." Miguel said and I nodded,

I walked over to Hawk and tapped on his shoulder. "Look, Harper I don't wanna hear more insults ok?" He said and I frowned. "Eli. I'm sorry. Your not a waste of space.. I shouldn't have said that." I said and he nodded.

"And I don't like this awkward tension between us so I'm gonna get it over with.."I said and he looked at me with a hopeful smile. "What we had was great, while it lasted.. but it's over now. And you need to except that and let me live my life, I can't keep waiting for you to change.. cause your not going to.." I said and he looked at me and frowned.

"You know I'll always love you Eli. But this person you've become. I can't love him, not after everything he's done to the people I care about." I said again and he just scoffed and walked away,

I caught up to Miguel and we walked into class together, we sat down and started taking notes as the teacher talked.

"So what did you talk to him about?" He asked, "just how I need space from him, and I'm tired of him coming back to me." I said and he nodded,

"Your just all he has, he'll be lost without you." He said and I nodded, "well he has one other thing." I said rolling my eyes.

"Yeah, can't believe he's giving up his whole life for it." Miguel said and I nodded, "it's gonna come back and bite him in the ass" I said and he nodded.

"And I'm praying I'll be there." I said, "why? So when he's all alone you can make him feel better?" He asked. I rolled my eyes and punched his arm.

"No, so I can rub it in his face how big of a mistake he made." I said and Miguel shook his head, "no you wouldn't." He said.

I sighed, "just wait." I said and he nodded, "for what? You two to get back together?" He asked. "I'm not getting back with hawk.. Eli maybe.. but not Hawk." I said and he nodded.

"Whatever." He said and kept writing notes. I looked at him one more time and started writing Again also.

Ok, another shorter chapter but.. this one had some interesting things in it.. I'm glad harper will finally have some closure from Hawk.. but how easily will it be to finally get over him...
