I wake up in the foregin room, I usually expect Violet screaming and coming in here for me to do her hair but that's not the case. I'm no longer needed in that house so why should I care, why should I worry about them? It's wierd because I no longer live there yet and they never ever treated me like family and I still care for them. I came down from a bunch of stairs, and skipped breakfast as Luke and Moose escorted me in the car with Mace in there already. He had his feet propped up ready to get to school I guess.
"You're going to be late little princess." Mace said as I got into the car, I just completely ignored him as we went on. We came to the school and the twins were waiting for me, before I got out all three of them bid there goodbyes to me.
"Don't be late princess." Mace said.
"We'll pick you up as soon as possible." Moose said happily.
"Be careful." Luke said gruffly. I smirked like a princess would and waved at them as the twins escorted me to the class. I yawned a bit and rubbed my eyes, "Tired Katie?" Andrew asked.
"You've no idea." I said before yawning again. "Well, the Guardians have a lot of time on our hands, we can rest up on our secret place." John said patting my head.
"We should bring pillows." I said sleepily. They both just chuckled at my drowsiness as we came by Charlie and Alex. "Everyone seems to have really enjoyed the dance last night." Charlie said cheerfully.
"People have asked me when the next one is." Alex said excitedly. I applauded his happiness, it made me a little happy in the inside. I chuckled at my incompetence, I guess I really am a girl on the inside. Study hall was soon over so we had to part some ways but we'd be back. I sat at my seat and Charlie came up to me before the bell rang. "Why are you still dressing like that?" she asked me. I guess she was refering to the glasses and pony tail, "It's what I always wear?" The answer came out more as a question.
"I don't accept it!" she said.
"I don't either, Katie you just pulled off something that the Guardians have never done so you should dress like it like you did yesterday." Alex piped up. "Well I'm fine with it, at least I don't have to live up to anyones expectations." I complained.
"Unacceptable." she boomed as she sat down preparing for class. Well it's going to be a long day today, better be prepared.
