Today was Alex's day to have me for some fun. Honestly, I think everyone treats me like some type of toy to mess around with.

"Oh, what do you think about this hat for Charlotte?" he asked me holding up a fedora.

"I'm sure whatever you get her is fine Alex."

"Come on, you know how picky she is." I knew exactly how picky she was, if she didn't like it, she would go all out to fix it. I remembered after the Halloween dance she wouldn't let me wear my comfy shoes or set my hair in a pony tail again. We were at different shops than the one Alise and I went to. We were actually at an outlet, even more expensive. I have no idea why I agreed to go with everyone for Christmas shopping but at least they'll take me to different places. Well the twins wanted to meet up later today after I met with Alex. I'm going to be exhausted when Christmas comes.

"So, what did you get for Charlotte?"

"Perfume, easiest thing for me." I said.

"I hope she likes it, what do you think about this watch for Nick?"

"I'm sure Nick isn't a pretty picky person." It's weird that I'm shopping for rich people hence the word rich. I mean if they wanted it they could snap there fingers and get it. So if Nick wanted a watch he could actually have someone tell him. I shook my head, that's no way to think. It's all about how much care or something like that.

"You seem like your in deep thought." he said looking through the racks.

"Yeah, I mean I'm trying to focus on the Christmas spirit."

 "Why so fixiated?"

"Lot's of stuff has been clouding my mind lately."

"You mean like how you kind of want to go to London?" I looked at him shocked, when did he hear that. "Oh, come on Katie, the moment Mason says anything about London, it peaks your interests."

 "Am I that obvious?"

"Well not obvious enough to your lover boy, Charlie or Nick."

  "Just don't tell them."

"May I ask why you want to go?"

"I was born there and I have no recollection of my past before 8 years old."

 "That's a bit young isn't it?"

"There's something more than what my brothers or grandparents are telling me and I want to find out."

"Being a bit of a detective are we?" he hummed.

"So what? What's wrong with trying to find my past?"

"Well for one, normally people would try to find there future. You're going the opposite way so maybe that's why everyone is so surprised."

 "So?"

"I'm not saying it's wrong, I applaud you. Just don't think about it too much, you'll know the right choice, it'll come to you." How can a goofball have such good advice.

"Despite your personality, you're pretty smart."

"Thank you for the compliment." He said bowing. I rolled my eyes and just chuckled. I don't think I could live without Alex, he's too great of a friend. "Well, we better grab something to eat. It's pretty late and I have to get home soon and you need to charge up for your shopping date with Adam." I blushed and all Alex did was laugh and ruffle my hair. We went to the food court and he ordered the largest sandwhich he could for himself.

"Honestly, I don't know how you're able to maintain your body and still eat like that."

"Well, I train a lot everyday so I need lots of energy."
