It's interesting to see El and Tori, I feel somewhat nostalgic when this is the first time I've met them. It's great and I think El and Andrew were interested in each other whereas the other three simply ignored each other and tried to get me into the conversation.
"You know, Belle Academy would be proud to have you, Katie. You would be accepted in no time."
"Katie is already accepted at Yule Academy." Dylan said.
"We much rather like that way." John said.
"Where's that food?" I asked quietly, luckily for me it came. We stared into the food, it was so pretty that it was a waste to eat it. I bite into my dish and the sweet savor of it is just amazing. The people around me eat it as if it's regular food. Might as well have eaten at home. Now that I think about it, Mr. Bo used to always cook me warm meals that you'd see in a family. When I was living with Jon, I'd always make the food most of the time unless guests came then they'd hire people to do that obviously.
"So what's life in London?" I asked.
"It's amazing, watching the seagulls take flight on the beach is great, the soft gelato they serve is like heaven and--"
"Calm yourself El." Tori swiftly said.
"Sorry, but I think you'd love it, Katie you must visit one day." She said happily.
"Maybe that day will come soon." I said taking a sip of my drink. They probably thought I was joking, Christmas is almost here and I wonder how long it'll take for me to make the decision. I am actually hoping I don't have any attachments and go to London but Adam is here and I can't. I want to be with him but maybe it's not mutual. I sighed and took another bite from my meal.
"Excuse me." I said standing up. What was I thinking? Adam still had attached feelings for Kara and I'm holding on to fake hope that he would choose me over her. I try calling Adam, see if I can somehow reach him but he doesn't answer.
"Damn it." I shout.
"Oh feisty," Tori said coming in, "If I had seen that at the match I think we would have lost a whole lot more."
"Sorry, I'm just trying to reach for...." I paused, what were we? Boyfriend and Girlfriend? Fiancé’s? "A friend." I said.
"Well, I know for sure it's not a friend. What's up?"
"Nothing much, just drama."
"Drama," She said looking at me, "Uh huh."
"Look, it's not something to worry about."
"Obviously you're worrying about it."
"You're very perspective."
"I try to make things interesting for me."
"Well, I should head back or everyone will worry."
"Or," she said blinking her eyelashes, "We could ditch them and have some real fun."
"And where exactly would we be going?"
"We could go to a club, I mean we're practically royalty so we could get in anywhere."
"I'm not 21."
"Then don't drink, just dance and let loose."
"Interesting," I said, "Well at least bring the others too."
She scoffed, "Where's the fun in that?" She shrugged and went to go tell the others. I wondered what Adam was doing right this minute, what was he up to? Calling him and getting his voice mails was very tiring.
