"Mo Salah or Lionel Messi?" Logan asked me and Eric which soccer player he should have on his fantasy Premier League team to play against someone else online.

Since our biology professor, Professor Hardisty was running late for our lecture, most of us are either talking with friends or typing on our phones.
Which isn't much of a surprise to be honest, the man walks the same speed as a snail, yet when he writes on the broad, he becomes a cheetah.

"I say go with Messi." Eric said after thinking about the two players Logan has listed for us to choice from. They're both very good choices, both players are at the top of the pyramid, so I can see how hard it would be to choice between the two of them. "He's good with long shots, can coil the ball into the back of the net and has won more Premier Leagues than Salah has."

Nodding in agreement with Eric, "That's true, but you have to remember that the guy who Logan's about to play against has fallbacks that are not close to being faster than Salah. If the guy gets a long ball from a corner kick, he'll use the advantage of little defenders to score. And if Mané or Marcus Rashford mess up their choices, Salah will cover for them and keep the ball alive."

"Ok, right now you guys are just making this harder for me." Logan deadpan our choices before tapping on Harry Kane's name to have as left forward.

Before I could ask him why, someone tapped on my shoulder from behind, dress in skinny jeans, a blue top with gelled hair compost to the back, throwing on a charming smile, "Hey Jenna."

"Hi Peter." I greeted as kindly as I could, because the last thing that I wanted was to talk to this guy who's nothing like the Peter Parker that many of us love and adore.

Oh no, this is Peter Reichmann, family owns another super mall that's an hour away from the mall that me and Penny went shopping the other day. The one which he loves talking about.
He has looks and charm that girls fall for while most guys either envy him or gets irritated by him like both Eric and Logan are right now.

Stepping away, so that they could focus on the fantasy game, keeping a small smile on before asking Peter, "So, what's up?"

Shrugging his shoulders, scoffing a little, "Dad gave me the keys to his Ferrari, him and Mom are leaving for their second honeymoon tonight, so let's say you and I make something happen out of it." Now I'm annoyed by this guy.

This is like the fifth time some guy in either one of my four courses walks up to me and ask me out on a date. Seeing that I'm single and not actually dating David as many have first thought. Guys from every single corner of campus wants to sweep me off of my feet. As if they could actually try to be like Superman or something.

Still keeping the same smile on when I said, "Thanks. but no thanks. My friends and I are going out tonight, sorry."

There was disappointment for the rejection until his eyes lit up after catching a glimpse of someone, probably a girl over my head, "Ok cool. Enjoy it."

Not even bothering to say goodbye to each other, we both walked away from each other which I was more than happy for. The lie was pretty much weak, but it paid off great in this case.
Sitting down next to Logan who was typing away on his phone's screen, "So, are you winning, Logan?"

He was busy moving players across the field chasing after the white and black ball, managing to answer my question by shaking his head, "Another one asked you out."

"Yip." I popped the 'p' before checking the time on my phone since we've been waiting at least six minutes on Professor Hardisty. If he doesn't get here in the next five minutes, the lecture would be cancelled and would become a free period.
Which is ok for the first two times it has happened, but a girl has to pass this course if she wants to get a degree for it.
