Chapter27: Seat X

I was sitting in the chilling room with Franklin, Daytona, Kevin, Janelle, Peyton and Charlotte after grabbing something to eat from the cafeteria, all of our three lectures were done for the day.

David and Ryan couldn't have lunch with us, because Coach Richard had called them in for an extra soccer practice as punishment for most of the players who didn't show up to their last practice.
Which meant that I could enjoy two pizza slices in peace without an annoying Golden and 'Bad' Boy stealing it from me with every bite.

All of us were enjoying this jolly and exciting buzz that was floating in the atmosphere throughout campus, everyone seemed to have a spring in their step, everyone was smiling and laughing that it's the beginning of the weekend.

Nodding my head to the beat of the mashup that I've asked Frankie to make for me last weekend and he really has out done himself, "This is perfect, Frankie. Thank you for doing this for me."

Frankie shrugged his shoulders humbly as I took out my earphones while thanking him, "No problem, Jenna. It was an interesting favour you asked from me, but I'm still curious for the two songs you wanted me to use."

The mashup is made of only two songs, 'Get Right' by Jennifer Lopez and 'Classic Man' by Jidenna ft Roman Gian Arthur. And these two songs are enough for me, they both have great beats to them and are pretty easy and fun to play with when you're a dancer.

Shrugging my shoulders, swallowing my last bite of pizza before saying, "I've been listening to these songs lately and have been choreographing a little something, something for fun. And wanted them to be playing together at the same time instead of needing to change the first one to the next."

Nodding his head while Daytona became almost too excited when she overheard me talking about the choreograph, "Ohh, can I be part of it? Is it a group or solo choreograph?"

"I haven't really put much thought into it, Daytona, it's nothing really important." I said after drinking the last little of my soda, then downloaded the sing that Frankie sent to me. "Besides I don't know if I'm ever gonna perform it for anyone, anyways."

Janelle gently nudge my shoulder saying, "It could be a new dance that you made for Tik Tok. A lot of people does that."

Almosr everyone on campus is on Tik Tok and many of them would do the challenges that is on there. No one knew I was on until after that dance battle with Stephanie and David.

Next thing I knew, everyone is following me, everyone's liking the last few videos I've posted at least a month or two ago which I found very funny most times.

Although half of the people that does follow me are mostly from Sapphire besides my two friends from my old high school soccer team.
And they would like and comment on my videos with #QueenBattle, #DancingQueen and all of these crazy things.

And I don't know if I should actually like it or care that they like them, because back on high school, I didn't really care that people liked my videos or anything I post on media. Shrugging my shoulders before Kevin said, "Maybe you should use it to have another battle with Stephanie, that would be fun to watch."

"No offense Kevin, but I really don't want to do anything with Stephanie for whatever reason." I said as honestly as I could, because the last thing I want is for the girl to dump all of her negative energy on me. Because it's only gonna affect me more than it would for her and it's enough that I have to deal with her constantly giving dirty looks and glances whenever we have dance practices.
"And also it's just gonna give her some attention which I don't have the energy, nor do I even want to encourage."

That's when Charlie took my hand across the table with a big smile saying, "This is why I love you so much. You understand what a piece of work that trump is."
