Sitting in a room filled with twenty till twenty five people taking down notes and listening to a professor lecturing about the human body and cells, it's not as quiet as most people would think. And there are other days when some people would gossip in the loudest way that the things that were meant to be said between them, is heard throughout the whole room. For most of those times, the Professor in front would cheekily give his or her thoughts on whatever had been said before telling them to either stop talking or continue their talk outside.
Right now, the group behind me were girls who are from Sapphire and for nearly half of the time, I could barely listen to Professor Hardisty with them whispering behind me about the dance battle on Tuesday. One of the girls, I think her name starts with a 'T' or something, whispered, "It's too bad that Swag Crew's leader is engage, he's such a dream boat."
"I know," The next person whine softly, as if either one of them had a chance. Not trying to be rude or anything, but Steve never liked the idea of dating anyone who's like ten years younger than him. Between one and two years or months gap is fine and with Justina being only five months younger than him made him very comfortable. "Though his fiancée is drop dead gorgeous."
Yeah, she is. I silently comment in my head before focusing on the smart screen again. Writing down some of the key words that Professor Hardisty was using before my ears caught, "And the new guy is smoky hot, he can dance for me anytime."
Closing my eyes tightly for the comment that was made about David, not wanting to hear that idea of hers any further. Even though I knew that she probably would put it into more detail for the group's amazement and imagination. Trying to focus on what was being said in front again before hearing 'T' something say, "Yeah, Boomer is such a good dancer. If only I could see his face and know his actual name just to slip into his dm's."
Oh hun, if only you knew that he attends campus. Rolling my shoulders back and trying to get my brain block the girls out from behind me. I've already feel like I'm drowning in most of my assignments that I'm slightly behind of, I don't need to and don't wanna add on extra writing on the list also. But none of these girls can shut up for ten seconds without complimenting on how hot, sexy David is or the horny, dirty thoughts that they were thinking of as they were watching him dance.
I nearly bolted out of the room when Professor Hardisty dismissed us by the end of the lecture. Heading straight to the girls' dress room to change for practice where the talk about yesterday's dance battle even worse. Where some of them actually morn David's stage name as they pretended that they were having sex with him right there and then. While others actually discussed those thoughts and compared love making with David Boomer to the 'experience' that they had with Campus' David whom I have to see, speak to and train with in the next hour or so.
By the time that I finally got out of the room, my brain felt sick and my stomach felt like it wanted whatever I had for lunch to be out. While walking to the soccer field, surprisingly I caught up with Ryan and David on the way who both greeted me happily in sync with each other, "Hey sunshine."
Pausing to how they both decided to speak together at the same time, what I found very interesting was the name that they called me by, "Ok, between the two of you's, who decided to call me 'sunshine'?"
"I did." Ryan admitted, hugging me after David picked me up shortly off the ground before placing me back down. Throwing his arm around my shoulders as the three of us continued walking together, "It was either call yo 'sunshine' or 'sexy'. Which I don't feel comfortable calling you that since I'm not only in a good relationship with your best friend and roommate, I'm also hitting that."
Figured that RyRy wasn't the one who thought of calling me 'sexy' beside what he'd said about Penny. Raising my eyebrow at the only guy who could have thought of that name, shrugging at me with a cocky smirk of his that doesn't seem like it's gonna run out of style, "Can't I call the first female player on Knights' team sexy?"
