"Clay stop hitting my dogs! You're making them sad." George frowned at the monitor while right clicking his dogs with steaks. We were streaming together, on George's new channel. I was teaching him how to be better at Minecraft, and it was funny to mess with him.
"The dogs won't die, don't worry." I hit the dog in front of me another time, and it dies.
"Um..." I walk out if the house and George turns to face me in real life. We're both visible in the face cam, so everyone can see the angry expression on his face.
"Clay..." I can tell that he's trying to mask the annoyed tone in his voice. I immediately began to feel guilty for messing with him.
"Yes?"
"I'll make sure you never go near my dogs again." We make intense eye contact through his words. He's staring up at me, with a smirk on his face.
"And how will you do that?" I move my head closer to him, but quickly go back once I remember we're on stream and being watching by thousands of people live.
"You'll find out after the stream." He smiles mischievously and turns back to his own monitor. I blush slightly thinking about what he could've possibly meant, but turn back to my game to distract myself from the... Interesting thoughts.
We go silent for a few minutes while I wait for George to let me back into the house. I gaze over at his monitor, seeing him breeding his dogs.
"George... Am I allowed in the house yet?"
"No. You'll kill my dogs again."
"It was an accident! And I won't, I promise..." I fake frown to convince him to let me in. He sighs and rolls his eyes.
"Fine, but this is your last chance. Don't betray my trust." I nod and move my character back into the house. I quickly rush over to the dogs.
"Don't touch them." His words are stern and drenched with fury. I back away and laugh quietly. But he hears my laughs and turns to face me.
"You think killing my dogs is funny?" He takes his hands off his keyboard and crosses them over his chest. It's funny seeing him act confident and in control of my actions.
"No, no."
"Yeah, that's what I thought." His hands return to their last position on the keyboard and mouse. He resumes clicking things and circling his dogs to make sure I don't go near them.
"Don't talk to me like that, George." I see his character pause the circular pacing, and instead look up at mine, which was standing near the door of our small hut.
"Why not?"
I raise an eyebrow and slightly turn my head to look at him. He's looking at me too, so I simply blink and turn back to the game, not giving a response.
We continue playing and streaming for another fifteen minutes, before we run into another issue.
"Clay!" George walks up to me when I enter the house, just having gone to find a village.
"Yes?" I start emptying my finds into our storage room, with chests which were nearly organized and labeled by George. It was annoying having to out everything in a specific place, but I complied with the sorting system to not anger George again.
"Where are my diamonds?" He hits my character and I close out if the chest, turning to face him.
"Um, you mean, our diamonds?"
"No, they were mine. I found them." He moves away from the keyboard and spins his chair around so his entire body is facing me.
"Too bad, I used them all." I laugh and feel his intense gaze locked on me. I try to ignore it but it feels like I'm in fire under the pressure.
I switch my inventory slot to show him the diamond tools I'd made with the diamonds that were in one of the not labelled chests.
"I wanted those..." He frowns and places his hands in his lap, fiddling with the material of his skirt.
"George, I have something for you." His head shoots up and he turns back to his monitor.
"What is it?"
I open my inventory and throw him quite a lot of diamonds. His eyes brighten and a large smile spreads across his face.
"When did you get these?" He clicks the crafting table and the achievement pops up, signalling he's made diamond armour.
"I went mining earlier. I saved them all for you." I notice his face reddening slightly. It was cute how he got embarassed at even the slightest kind actions from me. I smiled, looking at him.
He turned his head to face me and we made eye contact for a few seconds, before turning back to our devices.
