Chapter 12

Blakes POV

I brought Decebel up to my office to speak because I could tell that this might get a little harsh of a talk and I didn't want to cause too much of a scene seeming we have a human here for Fanes date. We both stood across from each other on each sides of the desk, I stood holding my ground and authority but he just mocked my stance. Which is not the kind of respect you give to an ALPHA.

"I would think that a wolf would know that you need to respect an Alpha." I said with a firm tone.

"I don't respect anyone who doesn't respect me." He replied.

"Well, you're gonna learn quick if you want to date my daughter." I snapped at him.

He let out a laugh.

"Well, it looks like I'm already dating your daughter."

Decebel got closer to me.

"And I will continue to date your daughter whether you like it or not. You might be an Alpha, but I don't submit to you." He smirked.

"I think you fucking forget but I am the Alpha of rogues. My pack is all rogues. I can make a rogue submit, so I'm sorry. But you will fucking submit to me!" I yelled.

"I would love to see you try 'oh powerful one'. Don't hurt yourself." He lit up a cigarette.

I could feel my face heating up with rage and my eyes were starting to turn color. I was going to start seeing red. When I was about to jump over my desk to choke him, I heard the door fly open to see my little mate standing there out of breath.

"Blake! CALM DOWN!!!" Mia screamed.

Mia walked over to the side of the desk I was standing at and turned to look at Decebel.

Decebels POV

I'm glad I smoked wolvesbane before dealing with this because if not my eyes would be glowing red. That wouldn't be ideal to have to explain at this point in time. Red eyes on a wolf isn't common. Actually its never really seen.

"Hi Decebel. I'm Mia, Kiaras mother." Mia smiled at me as she held out her hand.

Time to turn on the good ol' Decebel charm. I grabbed her hand and flashed her a quick smile before placing a kiss on her hand. Blake growled at me.

"Oh Blake, stop that. Very gentlemen like." Mia giggled.

"What are your intentions with my daughter, fleabag." Blake crossed his arms tighter.

Mia slapped his arm as hard as she could. This is going to be fun.

"Mr. Woods, I dont know why you're being so hostile towards me. All I'm trying to do is show your daughter the love that she deserves." I smiled at him smugly.

"I'm sorry Decebel, I don't know what has gotten into my Mate. I apologize if hes protective. Kiara is our daughter after all. It's a parent thing." Mia rolled her eyes while explaining.

"Well, it was nice meeting you both, I'm sure we'll see each other again. I'm going to look for Kiara. I want to spend time with her on her birthday before I have to get home." I shrugged while putting out my cigarette.

"Of course honey. You're welcome here whenever. Also, I believe she's in her room down the hall." Mia nodded.

"Keep the fucking door open." Blake added.
